After nine cars on my street had their windows smashed, including mine, I contacted Ronin. We spoke…read moreon the phone where I provided the details about make and model, Ronin was to call me back after trying to source the glass and confirm everything (I drive a 2006 so procurement was a potential issue). Seeing as this was a Wednesday and I'm employed my day was filled with meetings and I missed Ronin's call back. At 330pm (initial call at 9am) I called back expecting to have my window missing overnight, only to learn that they had taken the initiative and purchased the glass without my confirmation. I was then able to head to the shop where the service was completed. The service itself was top shelf with a high attention to detail and standard. The whole experience was a pleasure and the price, especially in the context of the accommodation and Ronin taking the risk of ordering the glass, was to put it lightly reasonable. I would recommend Ronin to anyone who is in need of their services and will certainly recommend to anyone who will listen.

I waited on their comfy couch while my windshield was being installed and I was treated to snacks, beverages and a great movie that was so good I almost didn't want to leave! The job itself only took about 45 minutes (as scheduled), and I was able to work on my laptop in the waiting room in the meantime. Initially, I was a little skeptical given the really affordable price point, but the work was professionally completed and my new windshield has held up well (1 month later and so far so good). The owner even accidentally misquoted me $20 less than what I should've been quoted (due to a miscommunication re: a rain sensor), but he honoured the price he initially gave me via RAQ given our conversation / text receipts. He was very courteous. I'd highly recommend this business.
