So she canceled her membership and tried Lash Envy and to my amazement did not disappoint. She, highly recommends Lash Envy.

I had a regular pedicure and an eyebrow and lip waxing. The waxing wasnt harsh on my skin and the lady was very detailed! I got a gel manicure, which is purported to last 2-3 weeks. Well my nails chipped yesterday, so that means this manicure lasted exactly 6 days .There is a huge price difference between a regular mani and gel mani, so I really expected mine to be done well. $28+tip later, I've got chipped nails earlier than I usually have with a regular mani. Ridiculous. She also didn't do the best job painting them. I noticed many imperfections, and she got the gel underneath my nails. It felt like I had something sticky and crusty under there. It was impossible to clean underneath them without chipping my nails. Ambience: Eww. Price: Average Cleanliness: Eww. Customer Service: Average Quality: Booooo! Massage was also worthless. Why even bother?

WOW WOW WOW Let me…read morestart by saying I am beyond please with the service! I actually did not go for my lashes. I went to get a Brazilian so I will be talking about that process. I am normally a "Pretty Kitty" fan but the excessive price kept me from being a regular costumer. As a college student struggling to pay rent, I needed a better alternative and let me tell you, I FOUND IT. Even if Lovely Lash Bar was not more affordable I would still prefer it. At the Lovely Lash Bar, they use hard wax instead of the wax strips. This was the first time I've ever encountered this wax but I was pleasantly surprised. Hard wax is applied directly to the skin and once dry, is pulled off. I did not feel a difference compared to the strip wax. My esthetician Naomi, was great. She was very thorough and took her time with the service. I would much rather have someone who takes their time and pays attention to detail than someone who rushes through the process and is not detail-oriented (which has happened at the Pretty Kitty, despite the outrageous price). This being my first time with this wax, she explained the difference and made me feel at ease. I absolutely loved this place and I will be going back in 4 weeks for my follow up wax. I highly recommend their Brazilian and if you find yourself going, feel free to write "Angie Mares" as your reference :)

I had to call twice for the refund in July and I was assured the autopay was removed then. And another charge comes out in August. Refund the August and REMOVE THE AUTOPAY! I canceled my monthly membership in June 2025 in person as requested. I was charged the monthly fee in July. After multiple phone calls to receive the refund and confirmation of cancelation, I finally received the refund. I was then charged AGAIN in August. This time im pissed. I had to go back through all the calls and I even emailed a screenshot of the charge. I spoke to Mya over the phone who ended up hanging up on me. So, I left work and I drove to the location in person to retrieve physical evidence of refund and membership cancelation. You can clearly see they are not removing the autopay from their system. DO NOT DO THE MEMBERSHIP. On another note, I waited two hours to be seen on my scheduled appointment (I was 5 mins early), the lash artist never showed up and I had to be seen by another provider. Other locations may be fine, I don't know gor sure, however, I would avoid this location at all costs. Unless you want months of aggravation and rude employees.

They asked me to come back and they would do my nails for free. I confirmed before I sat down for service. Then manager said she would give me $15 off only. I said ok if it's not free as you said I'm leaving. Then she said no problem. It will be free. I go to leave and I intended to leave a nice tip for the technicians and the manager told me it was $67 for my toes and my toes weren't free. She kept wanting to argue with me. I said look you said it was free but obviously that wasn't the truth so I'll just pay. I paid and left. I didn't even get cat eye- I just got a regular pink color to make it easy on everyone. I admit I was upset, i didn't mind waiting, but no one said anything to me other than asking if i had an appointment and after i answered yes, i sat for 30 mins without an update. Anyhow, when i did get sat, i got a full set, color powder, the male that works there did my nails (i didn't catch his name), but he finished within 45 minutes. It was fast, but it was good work. He made sure all of the lengths were even, and made sure i liked the shape and color. I would say the pricing here is average to any other nail salon. I paid $43 for my set - i did not need a soak off or anything. ***They do have screens set up to separate customers from employees to reduce spread as much as possible*** Pros: The place is pretty quiet, so pretty relaxing They have drinks: water, coffee, soda, etc. They have WiFi They almost have gift cards!
