It has never happened to me in my life. I have super thick and strong hair and now my hair is burned and weak. I was not even close to the picture I showed her (Alejandra). After she bleached my hair and tried many chemicals, my hair turned green then She used a lot of products to "fix" it but at the end my hair turned purple ... when I asked for ash blonde- balayage.... After trying many chemicals, when she saw she couldn't fix it, she ended up putting dark brown on me. I cried a lot and tried to contact her several times by phone and texts asking her what I can do, what does she recommend for my hair but she won't take my calls or answer my texts. Beware !
