I had to call twice for the refund in July and I was assured the autopay was removed then. And another charge comes out in August. Refund the August and REMOVE THE AUTOPAY! I canceled my monthly membership in June 2025 in person as requested. I was charged the monthly fee in July. After multiple phone calls to receive the refund and confirmation of cancelation, I finally received the refund. I was then charged AGAIN in August. This time im pissed. I had to go back through all the calls and I even emailed a screenshot of the charge. I spoke to Mya over the phone who ended up hanging up on me. So, I left work and I drove to the location in person to retrieve physical evidence of refund and membership cancelation. You can clearly see they are not removing the autopay from their system. DO NOT DO THE MEMBERSHIP. On another note, I waited two hours to be seen on my scheduled appointment (I was 5 mins early), the lash artist never showed up and I had to be seen by another provider. Other locations may be fine, I don't know gor sure, however, I would avoid this location at all costs. Unless you want months of aggravation and rude employees.

I appreciate any business that contacts their customers and takes these issues seriously. Thank you Lalla's. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and I only come to Lala's but today will be my last. The tech who did my chrome full set manicure in the front was very rude. I am so nice to everyone and she just didn't want to be there. Bad attitude just because I was asking questions. I don't get my finger nails done often. She cut my cuticles twice and made me bleed, used a large and painful tip on the drill. She didn't apologize for making me bleed and then when my nail accidentally bumped the nail dryer she loudly said "UGH!" And Rolled her eyes. So embarrassing. I have never been treated this poorly by a nail tech. I was still nice enough to tip her but I shouldn't have. She has ruined this salon for me. I expect Lala's to hire much nicer people for the prices they charge. I'm so upset. The nails look okay I guess. I just wanted to hurry and leave. One Star. Things…read morestarted off well--the space looked nice, they soaked my feet, and I appreciated the complimentary Thai iced tea. I specifically told both the host and the nail technician that I wanted my cuticles pushed way back and my nails cut very short. They said they would. Two days later, looking closely, the job just isn't good. My nails are still long on the sides, they snag on my bedsheets, and the cuticles barely look touched. For a $32 pedi (plus a 20% tip), that's disappointing. This was my first and last visit--I don't recommend this place.
