Sad to see this place close, my experience has been in stark contrast to many of the negative reviews on here. I've always been greeted, and treated with kindness and solid customer service. I do spend buy what I want. Probably bought about eight pairs of shoes out here, including Travis scott's, and several kobe's... Decide to see the place close down... read more

I came across Undisputed Sole while wandering around the Westfield Valencia Town Center. My daughter has become a shoe head, so every time I see a cool shoe store, I have to check it out. My hubby and I went inside and were greeted right away! The staff was very friendly, and it looks like it's a family-owned business which I love. They have a variety of dunks, Jordans, Yeezy's, you know, all the latest trend shoes right now on the streets. In addition, they also sell clothes, hats, PS5, and a whole bunch of other items that are all on the socials. I guess you can say it is a consignment store because it looks like you can buy, sell, and trade shoes or other items that are the thing right now. I was going to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter, but she wanted to be the one to pick them out and go in person and look around. So I ended up not buying anything because my daughter wasn't with us that day. So I guess that means I will be returning with my daughter so she can have the whole experience. She wants to look around and pick out the shoes she wants because I guess moms don't know anything about shoes. I will be returning with my daughter, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service we had, even though I didn't buy anything. I would love to give them my business. I'll be back soon! read more

Exclusivity: From selling shoes at sneaker conventions to establishing their own store, they have curated a wide range of luxurious and "hype-gear" that ranges from Bathing Ape, Supreme, Yeezys, and many more exclusive items that you would be hard pressed to find at other locations especially in the Santa Clarita Valley. Interior:The inside of the store is decorated in a very appealing manner with several Supreme Skateboard decks that feature the likes of Al Capone in his portrayal of Tony Montana from Scarface, Akira (the 1988 anime movie by that inspired Kanye West's hit music video "Stronger"), and the late Michael Jackson to name a few. All the different brands are organized in an expertly placed manner so that it catches your attention when you walk into the store. With the register surrounded by additional accessories such as Supreme Locks and stickers, as well as Bape Masks and lanyards. Service: If you need help with anything they are quick to respond to any additional questions you might have about upcoming shipments, stock changes, as well as sizes for shirts, shoes, sandals and more! Location: It is located at the Westfield Mall in the out door patio section and not too far from places to grab a drink or a bite since this store has a lots of items that'll make your mouth water. Overall: They might sell shoes, shirts, backpacks, and Essentials but you can see all of the blood, sweat, and tears they've put into the store. When it comes to exclusive items, amazing customer service, their Sole is truly Undisputed. read more

Undisputed Sole - An example of one of the many shirts they sell:Supreme "Barilla" Spaghetti. - Shoe Stores Near Me - Santa Clarita, California

Have gone multiple times now. Are they above what other sites are selling for? Yea a bit on some stuff. HOWEVER, I'd rather pay an extra $20 to have it on hand and be able to inspect prior to purchasing. Especially on older releases. I've had nightmares with resell sites or waited to only find out that the shoes had been used. Also, a lot of these other sites offer "expedited" inventories that have been verified but they end up being the same price as Undisputed Sole. Personally I'd rather help a mom and pop shop too. I might have overseen it but I wish they had a name tag or badge so I could tell they were employees especially when it's busy. I also appreciated them letting me verify and confirm what I'm buying prior to paying. Overall great service, friendly staff, worth paying extra to avoid the stress of waiting on a drop or dealing with strangers online. I went to the other store at the mall and it was very unprofessional, smelled like weed (you do you but not at a work place especially when I'm taking my kids in,) and the shoes on display were not wrapped. read more

Was there for 10 minutes before one of the 3 employees even acknowledge me. Asked if I needed help and I accepted. Pointed me to some $150 resale AJ1 black/blue trying to tell me he can give me a good deal. $250+ tax. Told him that seems expensive when they are sold for $150 everywhere else. His attitude completely changed into defense mode. "where?" I responded stockx , goat , eBay.. he says "we're not stockx by the time you buy them with free they will cost more.. you don't even know if they are real." I let him know I understand that this place no one has ever heard of is not stockx. Stockx doesn't charge 75% in fees. Didn't even bother addressing that I trust a site that does millions of dollars of business over this shmuck. He responds with "have a nice day man!" Here's a tip: say hi to your customers as soon as they walk in and don't treat them like idiots who don't have the internet at their fingertips. Be honest about your prices and you might actually have customers. read more

Very happy with my purchase, great selection of exclusive hard to find shoes. Shop is very nice and always kept clean. The owner Erwin takes care of his customers and makes sure they are completely happy with their purchase. Wanted to get some hype for the wife's birthday and decided to check out the store. My family and I were in there for a good 20 minutes. Not once we're we greeted or acknowledged. Seemed like we were invinsible. They helped other customers that came in after we did while we were still in the store. They acted like they were too good for us to be in there. Gave our business next door instead. 1 1 star is actually 1 too many to give in this review. Undisputed Sole, I hope you guys work on your customer service and attitude. You don't have to say a word since it already shows with your action. What a shame. read more

They have a great selection and variety of sneakers. The only downside is you can only try them on if you are planning to buy. The shoes are overpriced. You are better off buying through Stockx or Flight Club. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE THIS PLACE IS FILLED WITH FAKES ‼ Sad seeing how many people blow their hard earned money on clothing that is priced higher then market value, when a lot of it is fake. I mean come on they have sealed bricks of supreme stickers. Use your brain yall. read more

Employees were bad just to start off.... Over priced shoes and bad customer service. Overall bad experience didn't even want to purchase anything drove so far out just to be disappointed. read more

We drove quite a bit to visit this sneaker shop with the intention of picking up some heat (as it's so rare for me to leave empty handed) and the customer service was so bad that I decided that I needed to leave this review. Not once we're we greeted the entire time we were there. The vibe was off and the 2 men working we're certainly not friendly. It definitely discourages you from wanting to support their small business as it didn't appear they were interested in selling any shoes. We walked out after browsing their overpriced mediocre selection came across sneaker shop a few doors down. Although their selection was smaller, they had heat, the prices were much better, and got our business. It doesn't take much to treat customers with respect! We won't be returning to Undisputed Sole. read more

Great shoes , Great atmosphere. Although I was there for vacation I wish there was this in my hometown. Great staff and most of all I love my kicks! read more

I am a huge shoe head and was out in the Valencia mall and went in to checkout Undisputed Sole . The owner Erwin helped me and I found two must have shoes the Bart Simpson Dunk and the new Travis 1 low . Both were 100% legit and the pricing was very fair looking at current market prices . I have not found fair pricing at a lot of these mall resell shops but Undisputed Sole was different . The selection is enormous and I will be back to get another pair soon . I would highly recommend this store is you are looking for great hyped shoes . read more

Wouldn't buy from here. Very condescending attitude when my son was trying to ask you simple questions. Ignoring him and his friend. Making quick assessment of them as not being worthy of your time vs others who walked in the store a few minutes later. After reading your responses to others who rated you low for attitude and for your rules on trying on and stockx confirms my opinion of the owners/staff. But that's ok...they walked around the corner and within a few days period, between the other store in the mall and stores in LA, bought several thousand $ worth in shoes and shirts anyway. Btw we have been in hype stores like this all over the world, and your customer service and policies are by far the worst. read more

Undisputed Sole should realize they are not the only place to buy shoes. As much as I would have loved to support small business today, I ended up buying my son's shoes elsewhere because the staff at Undisputed Sole was so rude. You can not treat people that walk in as if they are not "worthy" of shopping in your establishment and then expect them to buy shoes from you. I am grateful that I spent my money elsewhere, and they cost less! Thanks Undisputed Sole! read more

Overpriced. Buy them online. Not coming back to this store ever again. They tax heavy. It's not for the people.

Their shoes are well priced and lower compared to other resellers' stores. They have a variety of limited stocks and collector items that some stores don't carry. It's definitely a store to visit. read more

Great service ..fantastic sneaker collection in the store special thanks to Erwin

My daughter was looking for new shoes. We tried footlocker and macys and she didn't see anything she liked. Happen to pass by this place on our way out. What an incredible selection! The staff was also extremely helpful with my daughter, letting her know what shoes were popular with teens as well as how to convert mens sizes to womens so she could find the right fit. She found the perfect shoe and was so excited she wanted to wear them out. They helped pack her old shoes up and we were on our way. So friendly, helpful, and such a great experience. Would definitely recommend and we will be back read more

I've gone in a couple of times to shop and look around. The staff never acknowledge my existence in the store and when they do they give me the dirtiest look like I'm not "worthy" if their establishment. I try to shop for reasonably priced shoes and get overpriced shoes with tax on top. I would like to be able to support local but it's nearly impossible with their outrages prices. read more

Rude foreign older lady working there today acted like I was troubling her to ask for a shoe. The shoes are wayyyy over priced too. Shop on stockX read more

I should of read the reviews before shopping here. I bought my 12 year old son a pair of shoes that literally fell apart which makes me wonder if they were knock offs. These shoes had only been worn about 5 times in 2-1/2 months. In reading these reviews I am now concerned and wondering if I've purchased fake/knock off shoes from this shop because I've spent over $2000.00 in shoes in a matter of two months. read more

Came into the shop to size swap Yeezy Pure Slides. $30 fee but I've seen some other reselling stores that charge like $50 or even more than that, so it was decent. Nice and quick swap! They also have a selection of other shoes there which is pretty cool! Bit pricey but some of the shoes in there are priced decently. Definitely check out this place if you tryna get some new sneakers! read more

Great store and friendly. Able to get the shot I wanted. Wanted some yeezy wave runners and got what I needed.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! FAKE/KNOCK OFF SHOES AND CLOTHING ARE BEING SOLD INSIDE THIS SHOP!! And on top of that this store is WAAAAY over priced and not to mention the owner and his employees are RUDE and not knowledgeable of the merchandise they are selling. If you are looking for collectable shoes/Supreme clothing, DO NOT GO HERE! You will be ripped off big time. This shoe store is the most expensive resell shoe store in Southern California. This stores prices are even more expensive than buying the shoes online from StockX or GOAT or Flight Club. SMH. Its almost laughable of the prices this owner sets on his merchandise! Thats why theres barley any customers ever in the shop and the few times I see anyone go inside, they walk back out immediately after they hear the price of the shoes . I recommend going to CoolKicksLA or The Mag Park in Burbank. Even buy online at Stock X or GOAT or Flight Club. I will not be supporting this business anymore and I will not be recommending anymore sneaker heads to this shop thats for sure. For one of the few shoe stores in Santa Clarita, this place is a major disappointment and embarrassment to the shoe game. read more
