Today was a disaster I felt humiliated in front of my daughter and disrespected by the waitress (Jessica). She called my whole party bum bitches :(, all because she didn't get the tip she desire. She never once came and checked in on our party every time we wanted to order something we either went to the bar or call her name. Came here on a Friday night with a large group. We were loud and obnoxious (we didn't even start drinking yet). We had the wait staff keep a cake in the fridge and ordered drinks in glasses they don't belong in. Despite all this, the service was top notch. She didn't even seem annoyed. Food and drinks came out on time. Even better, the fries (dubbed the best fries) are actually really really good. We had other food but I forgot about them because of the fries. I get it maybe if there was a sign saying "please seat yourself" then that would be a lot better.
