I mentioned it to one of their desk staff and she brought over another staff member who she said was great with buttons. They offered to replace some other buttons that were getting a little loose if I wanted to wait. I thought that was a really nice service and not something that you find too much. I also noticed while browsing around that they have some really beautiful coats and purses. Agree with others that this store is pretty upscale and not quite inexpensive enough to be a true "thrift shop", but it does seem a good place to shop and potentially get some great finds. They have a wide range of vintage gear, especially Yankees, Mets, and Knicks. They differ from most vintage stores because their items are in good condition, I believe everything is new. I will say I think their price points on certain items are overpriced. Although, some of the prices are labeled high, they will slightly negotiate because I saw a lady negotiating a slightly lesser price on a t-shirt while I was there. I would say if you're a fan of the hometown teams, this is definitely a store you should visit. The store owner is also a bit of a character himself.
