Most of their shoes are very large sizes(9-12). Their prices are not good at all. I would say their location in Williamsburg is much better, but even then their prices are a little too high in general, particularly in Ridgewood.

Sweaters #1 cost me eight dollars, second sweater four and sneakers for eight brand new. There are used things as I had seen a pair of pumps with scuff marks, a pair of Nike sneakers a little dirty. I was planning to look at pants but decided to pick something another day. I would come back they have pretty good selection of fashion .

I've gotten a few random things here that I've ended up loving and wearing for a long time. The kids section is small but after milling through carefully I was able to find jeans from children's place and the GAP for $3 per pair. The jeans were in pristine condition and is perfect for a growing 6 year old. While perusing, I found a fantastic men's sweater for my husband to wear to work for $5. I also found a lounge sweater for myself in the clearance section for $2. There are no returns or exchanges so if youre unsure about a piece, be sure to try on before you buy in their fitting room. As far as service goes, the cashiers are quick but there weren't any reps on the floor. I like coming here to have time to myself. If you are a fan of retail therapy, this is a practical way to treat yourself on a dime.

I swear I used to come in here and find an array of lovely little things, *real* vintage dresses, coats and lingerie. By "find" I mean, "admire," because I could never see fit to pay their asking prices, but there's something to be said for admiring the aesthetics of a store. Take that away and you're left with a long rack of fugly. The vintage duds have now been replaced by thoroughly hideous "fashions" from the 80s and 90s and I don't mean 1880s or 90s, and at utterly ridiculous prices that are higher than ever. Guess it's the high rent, but come on, a French connection early 90s sweater for well over 100 dollars?! Hideous striped 80s jumpsuit for 150 dollars. Are you fucking kidding me?! Surely, this is "vintage" for the hideous hipster aesthetic. Not for me. A shame because what is keeping them from one star is that the store is still gorgeously appointed which made me have to look at each and every garment on the racks to see if I was imagining things. Nope. One garment uglier than the next. So, yes, it's still worth a look to see the vintage/Frenchy knicknacks and the boudoir arrangement in the back of the store. Once you've seen that, don't even bother looking at the racks, unless of course you are partial to insanely expensive and ugly trendy crap that didn't look good the first time they appeared in stores.
