We absolutely love coming here because the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. They all seem to genuinely care about your pets and you can't beat the prices. I wish they had a better treat selection, but they have enough that you can find something for even the pickiest of eaters. All in all, top of our list as favorite pet store and we look forward to bring our dogs here every month when it's time to restock.

For a reasonable price Pets Warehouse was able to ship the tank via freight to my home and for a little extra I was able to get it delivered inside my home. They palletized the tank with great care and it arrived in perfect condition. The delivery was all done via Fedex freight. It was such a relief not to have to leave the tank in my garage while I arranged local movers to finish installing it. One stop shopping at its best. My boyfriend and I returned the bag that evening, and the employee at the register could not have been less phased. She told us that there is an "infestation" in the store. Another employee walked by and pointed at the return at our feet and said, "Is it the worms again?" The cashier processed our refund and sent us on our merry way. I contacted PetSmart corporate that night and I'm absolutely shocked that no one has followed up to share measures that are being taken to mitigate this issue. After doing my own research, it seems that the store is suffering from an infestation of pantry moths, and continues to sell larva infested bags of food to unknowing customers - anything for a buck, huh, PetSmart? I wrote this review the day after we processed the return, but deleted it to give the store the chance to do the right thing and make contact about the issue. Clearly they don't care enough for their customers in any regard. I will never shop at a PetSmart again and encourage others to do the same.

Three years ago we bought our first house in Levittown and I didn't know what to do with my 20 gallon tank and five little fish who at that point had lived past a year. He said he would actually keep our fish in a separate tank until we set up the tank in our house. When we went back to pick them up a few days later, there they were, swimming around happily. And - NO CHARGE for the babysitting. Well, unfortunately, our tank is now empty but one day we will set it up again and I will be back to Total Aquariums. They didn't have any kitten/cats when I walked in so I don't know how new it is.
