I had a problem with a relatively new and expensive mechanical remote controlled woven kitchen blind that I purchased from a dealer who went out of business. I was directed by the manufacturer to contact a dealer in my area. The random call Custom View was one of the best decisions ever. Although the owner, Steve, did not sell me the product and had no reason to help me, he worked with me and went to the dealer with my story. After countless months of troubleshooting a difficult problem, he got me a brand new shade and motor from the dealer AT NO COST to me. Having worked for 30 years in customer service, I can tell you that the product, assistance, and attention you will receive from the staff at Custome View is a one-of-a-kind experience. If you are looking for either indoor or outdoor window coverings, this should be your one and only stop!
