Unfortunately, after my most recent installation this past Saturday, I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. The brackets for one floor were not long enough. Initially, the installer told me it was an error made by the salesperson I have worked with for years. Later, he said it was actually a manufacturing error. Regardless of who was responsible, I was told, "No problem. They'll get back to you," and that it should take about a week to resolve. Since then, I have left several messages with both Customer Care and Penrod Installation, and no one has returned my calls. I even reached out to the consultant I have worked with for five years because I thought she might be able to help. Unfortunately, the response essentially amounted to, "They don't answer before 8 a.m." I am shocked and beyond disappointed by the lack of professionalism and, more importantly, the apparent lack of concern for a loyal, longtime customer. After five years of doing business with the company and spending a considerable amount of money, I expected much better follow-through and customer service. Mistakes happen--that's understandable. What is unacceptable is being left without communication or a clear resolution. A loyal and consistent customer should matter even after the sale is complete. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with 3 Day.

The pricing felt inconsistent and difficult to follow. Just noting discounts applied. To what? From where? A concern as well was a $695 "packaging and handling" fee, which seemed unusually high and was never clearly explained. I reached out multiple times--called, texted, and spoke with customer service--asking for a detailed breakdown. Customer service said they couldn't explain the pricing beyond what I already saw, and the sales associate referred me back to the contract & design consultant without providing clarification. Despite my questions still being unresolved, I was contacted by an installer to schedule installation, which felt rushed given I didn't fully understand the charges. Because of the lack of transparency and communication, I chose to cancel within my 3 day contract window. If you're considering 3 Day Blinds, I strongly recommend asking for a clear, itemized breakdown of all pricing, discounts, and fees before signing moving forward. You should definitely know the prices and be able to see clear discounts or else it's just smoke & mirrors.
