Soul of the Rose stands out with its cottage core window display. STORE: The store is light and airy, plenty of gorgeous garments and natural light. There are three distinct rooms. The main room contains women's apparel, accessories (custom jewelry, socks, and gloves). The room to the left (as you enter) has more women's apparel and unisex graphic tees. Don't miss the room in the back, it contains kitchen necessities like soup mixes (what a concept!). I personally love soft fabrics and didn't find many of those in store. SERVICE: The owner of the store was very friendly. He has sharing a lot of stories about his merchandise which was nice. He mentioned that socks and gloves are popular sellers. I loved the store's atmosphere and merchandise. Unfortunately, nothing worked for me in particular. I wear plus size clothes (2X-3X) and the store carries up to size L. Even the gloves were too small on my hands. Any women with slimmer figures would love unique finds at this store like rose jeans and cozy sweaters.

I ended up buying my office a bunch of the retractable reel ones in all different decorations (and even found a faux brown leather one for my male boss). They have lanyards, eye glass holders, cool badge necklaces, and pins. Since I was on a $10/person budget, this was perfect for me. They shipped my order off immediately and I got it here with plenty of time before the holidays to wrap them up. The lack of one star is due to a few things. One of the reels that I'd chosen was out of stock so I had to pick another one. Well, they were out of those too. So I had to pick another one. Luckily third time is the charm! My other reason is that these are pretty flimsy feeling (they're just not very heavy). Granted, you don't want anything too heavy and pulling at your clothes, but it does feel a little plastic-y. Regardless, the zip reel is nice and smooth and it feels a lot sturdier than the one that my job gave me, so I'm hoping it'll last longer too! These would especially make great gifts for people working in the medical field to give things a little extra flair.
