Aside of that first world problem, it's another one of those stores that you can easily get lost in. Perfect for dropping the wife off at when you need a break. Lol! Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures on my visit. I'll have to go back and get some! The staff was friendly and helpful. My hubby and I had fun exploring everything and walked away with some wonderful planters for our house plants. I highly recommend this store and would suggest going here first before the big box stores to find items that are quality and budget friendly.

Consequently, I did not return for three years. I randomly received an advertisement on my phone, and an item caught my eye, I looked and saw several items that I wanted. Realized the ad was for an At Home store and decided to give it another try. This happens to be in November, and they have their Christmas items out. WOW!!!!! I was absolutely amazed at the selection, the different colors available, the way they had exquisite displays, with the items that were used in the displays, right there in the same area to purchase. If I would not have gone back, I would have thought what some of the other reviewers posted. I would have continued to believe it was a waste of my time. Nope. Not at all. They likely need more attractive displays during non holiday seasons. In my case, not really much going on in mid-January so I had not been enticed to look around. I went in looking for pillows and canisters. Came out with pillows and a grudge I carried for three years. So, let me just encourage you to give them a FAIR chance, which I did not do. Also, sign up for their discount program! It is free, it saves you money, and they have some REALLY EPIC SALES!!!! No, I was not paid or given any products to write this review. I am a human in the state of Ohio! . Lastly, the staff at the Erie, Pa store and the Mentor, Ohio store were just as friendly, kind, and helpful as could be. I will say that, since the store IS so large, it is not always easy to find someone to help you. But, when you do, they have been nothing but outstanding to me. I make an effort to be especially kind to retail workers. It is not a fun job, and I am sure they get their fair share of not so delightful confrontations.

So today I did just that and they have never ceased to amaze me. I'm not a big jewelry store but this store looks like if the inventory was actually thought about considered before they put it on display. I really haven't seen too much of it anywhere else. They do have the Alex and & Ani bracelets and a lot of the charms style bracelets. In this particular case I had strict instructions from my daughter to find a necklace that was silver not gold that was dainty yet cute. I have no idea what the hell any of that means. However, I was able to explain to the lady running the store that I needed something that fit that description she walked me right over to a display case and showed me exactly what I needed. Now I don't believe that in any stretch you should think that this is a discount or low in store because it's not. The necklace I purchased was $90 and I ended up purchasing a candle that smells like a flower shop ridiculously like a flower shop for another $26. Not chump change but I believe what I got would make my wife very happy. That, coupled with the fact that it's in downtown Willoughby and you have a dozen different bars and restaurants within a stone's throw to go eat after I would suggest you take the time we'll visit this establishment and grab yourself a nice meal afterwards.
