The woman behind the counter (wish I had gotten her name) was such a sweetheart and very helpful. The three of us adored her. I've been to a few metaphysical shops before, but this is definitely my favorite one. Such great vibes and energy as soon as you walk in. My best friend said she felt the presence of someone there--but they were very happy, she said. We bought a few crystals among other things and the prices were great in my opinion. They had so much to choose from. I could definitely get myself in trouble here if I don't control myself Before we left, the woman let us take two envelopes with messages for free before we left since we came from afar. It meant a lot to us and our messages that we received were perfect. This was a great way to end our trip. Thank you for your kindness!

Everyone is genuinely welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy to help without making you feel pressured. Whether you're a serious collector, just getting into rocks and crystals, or simply looking for something unique, it's easy to lose track of time exploring. I touched a drum and considered purchasing it. Unfortunately, the staff member got quite hysterical and said to never touch the "sacred drum." The Sacred Geometry classes and art classes were truly enjoyable and I did make multiple purchases from Bear Soul Stuio & Rock Shop. Some of the ladies working there don't seem to be interested in high quality customer service and their lack of engagement is disturbing. I like Lakewood and that neighborhood. Supporting local businesses is something that I consider a high priority. Their lack of focus and interest in superior customer service has made me decide to take my business elsewhere. As a former business owner, I just can't see this business being around in the next five years. My advice to the new management is to think of yourself as a customer. Would you appreciate someone interrupting a presentation that you paid to attend? Do you think it's wise to leave a door wide open and let rodents into a building? Do Better!
