After a week, I noticed a consistent clunking noise, so I brought the car back in. I was told it could be the exhaust, but that doesn't add up the exhaust was already on the car before the springs were installed, and there was never any noise until after the suspension work. I was then told to come back when the suspension tech was in. I returned again yesterday, and now I'm being told no one can figure out where the noise is coming from and that it is normal but yet it's coming from one side of the car if it was wouldn't it be all the sides making that noise This is a brand new car, and it didn't have any issues before the springs were installed, so clearly something isn't right. I'd really appreciate it if this could be properly diagnosed and resolved. I'm not trying to point fingers, but I just want the issue fixed or my refund so i can use that money to have a mechanic fix it .

They came, picked up the car, and wrote a check for the exact amount we agreed on. I understand every car is different and pricing will vary, but overall, as a first-time experience selling a vehicle this way, they made the process easy and stress-free.
