He was attentive to ask a lot of questions and then said he would get a quote for me the next morning. The next morning came I never got quote, and so I called the company itself. And can you believe when I called the company the person who answered the phone literally said they "have no idea what yelp is!!!" and I said "your business is on yelp and you don't know what yelp is!?" and he said "nope. better you come down here." it was so unbelievable that I drove my butt down there just to get the quote and the person in the front was so not friendly at all and had someone quote my car for a ridiculous price and i would leave my car there for four days on a simple scratch? I will never use this business based on just the business tactics from the beginning without the proper follow through as promised and all the way towards the end.
