The staff at both locations are always so knowledgeable and kind. I got a breast augmentation a year ago and because of red light therapy I have virtually no scars. It has also improved my mood and skin in so many ways. I recently had a bout of rosacea that was healed with red light therapy and tanning as well. I couldn't recommend them more.

I used to tan in high school and college all the time and was always going into tanning salons who had rather snobby employees so I have drug my feet in buying a package but I have officially met the owner and this guy who works and they are both a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!! I was told on day one if the level bed that I tend to use is unavailable they will do a free upgrade. And in just a couple days tanning I've already experienced that. Pricing is amazing -so much more affordable than chain places. The shop is quaint and clean most importantly friendly. They've got my business :)

I go in that bed and then directly to the spray tan. I do the medium color. I used to add different tones to it, but have found that I really don't need to. It's also very unprofessional to have a guy friend--or even a girlfriend--hanging around while customers are waiting for beds. Even when beds became available, she continued chatting instead of helping customers. I work bedside at Kaiser, so it was very convenient to stop by between or after shifts. I've been coming to this location for close to a decade, but I will definitely be canceling my membership or finding another location.

They got rid of the weekly upgrade, one of the only reasons I kept my membership. The light bulbs…read morenever get changed. I'm pretty pale and I tan at the max time and barely get red or tan. I've gone out of town, to a better maintained, well owned tanning salon and 8 minutes burnt the crap out of me. I've had my membership for over 3.5 years and I'm pretty sure the light bulbs have never been changed. I'm giving them 2 more months to do better, change the bulbs or bring back upgrades or by summer I'm out! I'll find something closer to my work and cancel this cra
