I contacted the company and was given a $22 credit, only to then discover that my account supposedly had a $56 balance which doesn't make any sense. When I asked for clarification, I was told I could use the $22 credit to pay the $56 balance, but no explanation as to why I have a bill. I have emailed the company over and over again, and still have not received a response. Getting a response has been extremely frustrating.

However, the owner personally reached out to me, took the time to hear my concerns, and credited my account. I really appreciated that she cared enough to reach out directly and make things right. This tanning salon is a complete scam operation. I was charged over $600 in fees for services I…read moredidn't even use for three of the months I was locked into their shady contract. Trying to resolve the issue was a nightmare, instead of working with me like a professional, the owner chose to argue, deflect blame, and treat me like I was the problem. He even sold me expired tanning lotion, yes, expired and had the nerve to act smug and defensive when I brought it up. I've never met someone more arrogant running a business, and to be honest, I'm not sure he's capable of a clear conversation when he seems so amped up it's like he's straight out of a bad gym ad. Save yourself the frustration and money. There are plenty of other salons in town that won't treat you like trash and won't lock you into sketchy contracts while feeding you expired products. This place is all ego and zero accountability. Total embarrassment of a business. Would rate negative stars if I could.

My bestie surprised me with this super cool bestie gift of a a forever bracelet. When we arrived the owner was finishing up with a customer so we had time to look around and select our forever bracelet. I love the concept of getting a custom piece of jewelry made, that doesn't come off. I have a copper bracelet that I never take off so this was right up my alley! I'm a huge fan of rose gold and copper and my one complaint was that there wasn't much of a selection of charms. The owner was super sweet and nice and explained how hard it is to get rose gold charms. I just wish there were more charms in general, they didn't even have to be rose gold. The supply was just kind of low in general. I ended up selecting a rose gold bracelet and two cute pearl charms. I love my bracelet so much and my bestie and I had a great time picking out our custom jewelry. It was also really cool to watch her literally weld the jewelry together on your arm. She was really safe and explained everything in great detail. I also bought these super cute earrings from a separate business in the shop too!!! I highly recommend this spot!
