I have been to both mill plain and 4th plain and the staff have been nothing but nice, professional and very knowledgeable. They are amazing! I love going to the 4th plain one especially but I do wish they would put in the prism with the red light therapy there. They do have the prism bed just not with the red light therapy. So I have to go to the one at mill plain which is fine but i vibe with the staff better at the 4th plain one. Hallie is one of the staff members at 4th plain that is especially one of my favorite staff members there. She is always nice and is great to talk to. I wish all the staff members would mix the spray tan add ons in front of you because if your like me you want to make sure your getting what your paying for and I'm a little paranoid sometimes. I cocktail tan. So I tan first then spray tan so I don't see them mix the add ons. But Haillie will mix the add ons infront of you before you go into the tanning booth and it makes me feel a lot better that I'm getting what I'm paying for! I think it's worth what I pay. No contracts as well! You can cancel anytime or you can put your account on hold for like 7 bucks a month and when you return you get all that back in tan dollars!! So it's a win win! I really hope whoever is reading this gives this place a chance! Staff is amazing, beds are amazing, products are amazing, I mean it's definitely a win full circle! Their mystic tan is also great if you want to do a 'cocktail' before a special event. Probably going to do that for New Years :) Every time I walk in I'm always greeted and feel welcomed, I'm never pushed about buying lotions or tans, the beds are always cleaned, and I've noticed they often change their lights so you know you're getting a good tan. Honestly I've never had anything but a good experience tanning with them and really won't go anywhere else now. Jada has a very sweet disposition and really knowledgeable of the tanning salon services. I have now tanned 3 times, and every time I come in, Jada is there to warmly greet me- if I lived here in Troutdale, I would have a full membership just based off the amazing service Jada provides. Then she said it had new bulbs so I could only do 5. I paid for the Prism bed and it is not the one I believe I was put in. I was put in room #3 and the bed only stayed on for about 3 minutes. Kytia said only a manger could refund me but shew asn't in today so I'm out of luck. However, Kennedy at the Hazel Dell location has been repeatedly rude. Last time I came in, she asked, "is there a reason you're coming in 5 minutes before closing?" I apologized and said I hadn't realized the hours had changed, she rudely replied, "we've been on holiday hours for a while now." Even tho I felt bad, at the end of the day I was there BEFORE closing. Then last wknd, she told me I was required to download the app because my ID doesn't scan (it's out of state) I've coming forever, and often use my passport as ID is required if you don't have the app, in which I have my ID. PBT doesn't pay my phone bill and I don't have to download anything on my personal device just to make her job easier. I bring in the required documents and that should suffice. After telling me 5x that I need to download the app, she treated me like I was stupid and asked if I needed her help to do it! (So rude) and then told me as I was leaving that she will not check me in next time. So just like that, a loyal customer of 20 years can no longer go back. I will upload pictures of how gross the spray booth was. I payed over $40 for a spray tan in a booth that looks like it hasn't been cleaned or updated jam years.
