Well I went in to purchase my membership and was greeted by a young lady, I said "I'd like to get an unlimited monthly membership for the VERSASPA." She looked at me perplexed and said just said "ok? Do you know what option you want?" I stated I didn't realize there was more than one option and if she could let me know what they were. Unfortunately she could not tell me any spray tan offers, she did however find a paper that she "thought" was maybe the spray tanning prices tho she could not be completely sure. She offered to call someone to ask if I wanted her to... it just honestly seemed like she didn't want to help me so I got the heck out of there. Which sucks cause it is so close to my home. It would be great if the staff was trained on the pricing and products that are offered. Over all very uncomfortable experience.

No one explained the policy at that time, so I assumed I would not be charged (as when i explained i needed to cancel my membership before i was charged again so that i would not have that money taken out ofy account, no one stated i would still be charged anyway!) I started a membership a year ago, and even then, no one verbally explained cancellation policy. Apparently, you need to cancel 14 days before you are billed! I would have done so if i was told. That is a big deal! I am now in overdraft on my account, and have accrued an overdraft fee from the bank! I don't get paid until the end of September, as i am a teacher and that's when our next round of paychecks happen. I spoke to the owner, and she said I was emailed paperwork when i first signed up a long time ago. Well, i did not receive that. Maybe it was in my junk mail? AND, that was so long ago. People are not going to memorize/remember that info from that long ago on policies. She refused to refund the money taken out, and had no sympathy. I feel very differently about our locally owned salon, and will no longer be doing business there. (Im sure she doesn't care about that either)
