I also had difficulty getting a clear and consistent list of all products used, which made it harder to understand what may have caused the reaction. That said, they were responsive and ultimately offered a partial refund and acknowledged that more care should be taken to avoid the eye area during treatments. Overall, I'd recommend extra caution with application techniques around sensitive areas like the eyes, and clearer transparency about products used, especially if a client experiences a reaction.

My bestie surprised me with this super cool bestie gift of a a forever bracelet. When we arrived the owner was finishing up with a customer so we had time to look around and select our forever bracelet. I love the concept of getting a custom piece of jewelry made, that doesn't come off. I have a copper bracelet that I never take off so this was right up my alley! I'm a huge fan of rose gold and copper and my one complaint was that there wasn't much of a selection of charms. The owner was super sweet and nice and explained how hard it is to get rose gold charms. I just wish there were more charms in general, they didn't even have to be rose gold. The supply was just kind of low in general. I ended up selecting a rose gold bracelet and two cute pearl charms. I love my bracelet so much and my bestie and I had a great time picking out our custom jewelry. It was also really cool to watch her literally weld the jewelry together on your arm. She was really safe and explained everything in great detail. I also bought these super cute earrings from a separate business in the shop too!!! I highly recommend this spot!
