Before coming to her, I had never found someone that did exactly what I asked for and cared for their clients (new & existing). Breanna is absolutely wonderful at her job, she's always friendly, and her services never disappoint. On top of hair she also does teeth whitening. For an hour I was able to relax while Breanna whitened my teeth, this would be perfect for anyone getting married, having an event, etc. Bailey is the nail tech & owner at the Glamor Ranch and I can't say enough good things about her! Her work is amazing and it is made to last... I have no problem going 2-3 weeks in between appointments with no lifting, chipping, etc. Overall, if you need any beauty services I would HIGHLY recommend the Glamour Ranch!

I decided to stop by this lil hole in the wall tanning salon as it's very close to my parents house. I'm sure glad I did!! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by a sales rep named Jada. Jada has a very sweet disposition and really knowledgeable of the tanning salon services. I have now tanned 3 times, and every time I come in, Jada is there to warmly greet me- if I lived here in Troutdale, I would have a full membership just based off the amazing service Jada provides. Also their tanning beds are pretty decent for the price. The salon is clean, organized and well maintained. I do wish the hours were better-- in a nutshell Jade is an absolute delight and I would recommend this tanning salon! A+ all around. Thanks Jada & JMMT for the tans!!

I used to tan in high school and college all the time and was always going into tanning salons who had rather snobby employees so I have drug my feet in buying a package but I have officially met the owner and this guy who works and they are both a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!! I was told on day one if the level bed that I tend to use is unavailable they will do a free upgrade. And in just a couple days tanning I've already experienced that. Pricing is amazing -so much more affordable than chain places. The shop is quaint and clean most importantly friendly. They've got my business :)

After a month of having a membership, I started a Diamond package for my girlfriend since I was offered a promotion. Each time my girlfriend tanned their employees recommended that she use a Gold or Platinum bed, until she was comfortable with their Diamond beds. However, the diamond package promo was only good for the first month of her membership. I was told her package would be a Diamond package for the Platinum rate. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. I asked multiple times to have her package upgraded to their Diamond level, at the $99.95 which is the current rate I pay for my membership. I was told their manager would look into it and contact me, but they never did. I had asked about this 3 times over the past 2 months. When I was contacted today. Sheila informed me that I sound so upset she doesn't think there would anything she can do for us. I replied with "That sounds like you don't care about losing me as a customer" - Her replied spoke volume to the customer service she provides. "no I really don't."
