I emailed twice with no response and called again because I was charged for my monthly payment. I called in and was informed my cancellation was processed, they just failed to respond to me. However, she informed me they would still be charging me for the month even though I live out of state and am not anywhere near a Tan Republic, where I could use the product. They refused to consider a refund and when I emailed to ask for their consideration in a refund, as I am physically unable to use the service, they did not even bother to reply and just sent a pdf of the membership agreement. Super disappointing customer service, especially since I have been a loyal member for the past two years. Update: owner responded with zero effort to remedy the situation and I have asked for a corporate contact.

I tanned 1 time, just 1 time and this place is the BEST. I got a bronze glowing tan that is 2nd to none. The tanning bed I was in, was a Gold Package bed that lasted 12 minutes ONLY. No tanning salon or bed ANYWHERE in the US can beat this place. I have been in beds that last 15 to 20 minutes and they can't even touch what this bed did for me. WAIT! I will put my money where my mouth is. You go get just one Tan in #4 room on that bed and if I am not 100% correct, I will pay for your tan. I will do this for the next 30 days with anyone! NO, I don't work here, nor do I know the owner and I moved to Oregon just 1 week ago and I will never go to another tanning salon, unless I am out of state. It is a little dark even though each room has its own light fixture. I've only used the "gold" beds which I believe is their medium level. If you join Tan Republic's Bronze without Borders club they have special deals on Wednesdays. Knock on wood, I have never had to wait for a bed. The location is super convenient so I'll keep going until I find something better. Mystic Tan (aka spray tan): 1 star. For $35 a pop I expected more. First, it is way too expensive; you only get a discount when buying increments of 5 tans.. Second, the sweet gal at the desk was not very informative about the levels and did not attempt to sell me any product to deepen/lengthen the tan (ok, maybe that's a good thing). Third, it is super outdated compared to the VersaSpa spray booths I've tried elsewhere. Fourth, I'm not happy with how it turned out and would never do it again. Better to drive somewhere with newer models or for a custom spray if needed in the future.

Jada has a very sweet disposition and really knowledgeable of the tanning salon services. I have now tanned 3 times, and every time I come in, Jada is there to warmly greet me- if I lived here in Troutdale, I would have a full membership just based off the amazing service Jada provides.
