I've been to this location 3x with my husband. They have exceptional service with attentive staff, a very clean environment, and fair prices that will make us regulars. Bottom line- I'd recommend them for their excellent service, good food served in a timely manner, and delicious flavors without being greasy. read more

Fast service and we had a birthday party dinner. Food was very good. I order Tamale Plate and was excellent.

I placed a small carryout order online and was shown that it would be ready in 20 mins ( @ 3:13 PM. ) Since I was nearby, I went in at 3 PM. I waited at the "pick up" counter, but NO ONE came to help. Finally, when 3:13 rolled around, I started looking around for anyone who could help. The girl who showed up went straight to my order that HAD BEEN SITTING ON THE COUNTER BEHIND THE PICK-UP WINDOW SINCE BEFORE I EVER WALKED IN! Needless to say, my food was stone cold, and I had absolutely no way to heat it up at the nearby location ​ where I was going. Pros: Friendly staff. Very fast service. Entree out within 5 min. Everything hot. Chicken enchildas were pretty decent. Verde salsa is quite good. Definitely the highlight. Refried beans were good. Cons: White sauce with chips was terrible. Basically ranch + mayo. Gross. One of the worst setup sauces I've ever had. Salsa is a thin heavily blended picante style sauce with no texture and an odd flavor. Also not good. Chips were heavy and generic. Tamales are thick and mostly matza with very little meat. Black beans were ok but too salty. Overall impression: good staff and service. Mediocre food all around unfortunately. read more

Tried to call ahead to ask if they do call ahead and I got hung up on. My husband called a couple minutes later and asked if there was call ahead seating and got hung up on too. Horrible person whoever answered the phone. Not sure if it's all but customer service sucks. read more

Just had lunch here and it was fantastic! I got the Red Tacos with shredded beef, and my boyfriend got the Uncle Paco's Burritos, one beef one chicken. We both really enjoyed our meals; however, we both agreed the rice was just okay. The salsa had some bad reviews, but we both liked it a lot! The white sauce that comes out with the salsa is sweet and not great, so we just didn't eat it. Definitely will be back! read more

I never thought I would leave a review for a business, but this meal was just beyond the pale. The food was burned, the dish contained about half as much food as usual, and it took 20 minutes for the food to get to the table; and, of course, it was burned and cold. I used to love going here, but I won't be going back. At least half of the food was inedible, so the $25 bill really contained about $12.50 of edible food. It's very disappointing; this used to be our weekly hang-out! read more

Nice restaurant, portions were good in size and prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Service was good and the area was clean. Food taste is typical and I find this a very economical and practical place to have a quick lunch or dinner . The food is good but not above other good Mexican restaurants. But overall it is a place that is practical and budget friendly. Definitely a place to try. Good menu selection, the beef has a good taste to it and the chips are fun to eat while waiting for your food arrival. It is new and therefore a clean restaurant overall. Out looking for a place to eat after grandson's swimming lesson. Son suggested Uncle Pacos. Excellent choice. Nice decor. Plenty of parking. Chips and salsa were very good...and they kept coming. I ordered the Enchiladas Popeye, spinach with cheese sauce, topped with shrimp for only $11.99. So much delicious food. And my Pacifico on draft came very cold. Great food!!! Amazing taste!! The grilled shrimp was cooked perfectly and had a nice little heat to it.

This is one of the better Mexican restaurants in Owasso. The staff is always very friendly. The portions are good sized and priced right. The food is good but I wouldn't say it's very authentic but it is closer than most of the restaurants in the area. I knocked one star off for the salsa. I love salsa and theirs just don't stand out. When I go to Mexican food the chips and salsa are always a must. If you haven't tried this place I say give it a try. read more

Our third time there last evening. Ordered our two meals and waited. And waited. And waited. Server kept saying it should be out shortly. Finally she said the kitchen didn't get the order and we would have to continue waiting. About 45 minutes all told our meals we brought out. Wife's food was hot, my burrito was barely warm. Server continually apologized but never offered to adjust anything on the bill such as comping the tea's or guacamole. Most likely our last time there. Table 2 about 6pm. read more

We went on a Sunday, and they were relatively busy, but we were seated immediately and our server was at our table with warm chips before I sat my purse down! We tried out, for the 1st time, Uncle Paco's in Owasso and were very disappointed. Our server barely spoke to us or responded to our Hello's & Thank you's, but my husband swears he muttered something back every so often. Our mojitos while refreshing, tasted liquor free. I, on an impulse, ordered the tilapia. My husband ordered the rancheros enchiladas. My fish came with a pile of seasoning on it along with a "salad" of dry lettuce, chunks of red onions, brown avocado & a seriously mushy tomato slice. Also came with a side plate of quacamole, more dry lettuce and Pico de gallo?? I turned over my fish & was bowled over by the "fishy" gross smell! Tried one bite that I bravely swallowed down. The enchiladas seemed to be pot roast meat with brown gravy. Nothing to take note of, just O.K. We were never asked if we wanted another drink and the flies were a serious issue, as they were everywhere and bombarding us throughout our stay! I will not give Uncle Pacos a second try and find it shameful that it's open when the awesome El Fogon in Owasso just closed! read more

Started out with the waiter taking us to a dirty table. He had us wait while he wiped it off as well as the seats. He left them wet. That should've been my clue to leave. Chips tasted like they were old and reheated. Didn't care for the flavor of the salsa at all. Nachos were too wet with goo and it wasn't cheese. Guacamole was flat. Tasted like the only thing in it was mashed avocado and mayonnaise. Gave up trying to find some part of this meal that tasted good.
