Instead of addressing the issue directly, I was initially given this explanation through text rather than speaking with the owner. When the owner, Raul, did respond, the situation was minimized and I was even offered a suggestion to purchase spray paint from an auto parts store to cover the damage, which is not an appropriate or professional solution. Since responsibility was not taken, I proceeded with filing a claim through their business liability insurance. The claim has since been acknowledged as valid and is now being handled by an adjuster.
