Amazing customer service! After multiple trips to another shop we decided to give Service On Site Automotive a shot and they were able to quickly and expertly diagnose the issue and my keys were back in my hands within a couple of days. It would have been even sooner had they not had to order and wait for a difficult to find part. Renae and Stacy are hands down, the best. The level of customer care I received was outstanding, and honestly, refreshing! They really made me feel like a person and not just a number. I'm so grateful for this place. read more

I drove up from Los Angeles for a one-day trip to see the snow and ended up getting a flat tire right after arriving. This was the only place I could find nearby. The guys fixed my tire quickly, and I was able to continue enjoying my day. The receptionist was very friendly, and the mechanic was great as well. Thank you so much! Sergei read more

2012 Sonic 1.4T Was referred to Service on Site by a good friend and his family. Called them, spoke with them and a day later they called me with a full estimate of parts/ labor. They were very accommodating and had my car in and out in a couple days despite the amount of work that was done to it. I'm very satisfied and my car is running better than it used to. Work done: OEM Turbo swap; radiator fan assembly swap, new silicone coolant hoses; new serpentine belt, water pump, thermostat housing, coolant flush + new coolant, oem intake manifold replaced. Will get estimates/take car or truck back there in the future. Very honest shop made my life easier. read more

That you to both Clark and Stacy Fleeup. I drove up for zip-lining from Glendale and when I arrived I noticed the smell of an over heated radiator but didn't see anything. When I returned to my car my radiator had over flowed. I took my car to SOS and they tested my radiator cap and showed me that it was faulty even though relatively new. They sent me on my way with fluid and a new working cap for $6! Yeah! Thank you both for great service. Side note: Clark is still wearing a POW bracelet for an unaccounted for soldier from the Vietnam war. Yes! read more

I came into town for work from LA. My car overheated and I went to see Stacy and Clark because the automotive center next to them couldn't see me for several hours. They stopped what they were doing to help me out. Stacy went as far to help me find a car to rent or borrow so that I could work while they were fixing my car. Unfortunately she couldn't but it was the thought that mattered. They were able to get me on the road in under a few hours. They were absolutely amazing to me and I would totally recommend them for all your automotive needs! read more

Chuck, I thank you! I got there immediately after closing and they were walking out of the door. I explained my headlights had stopped working, somewhere along the canyon, and I needed a quick soldering on my bike(CBRrr 05). I knew where the point was and it would only take a moment of their time. So, they re-opened and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Great people. Stacy gave my passenger company, while Chuck and I worked on the bike. He also gave me a few tips on when to ride through the canyons. Highly recommend them, not only for their quick service but for their friendly nature and conversations. read more

I live in Redondo Beach and have had a home in Wrightwood for many years. When my 11' Toyota 4runner needed a complete brake job I wanted to support the local Wrightwood community and I'm glad I did. The shop was clean (important) and everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly. The price was fair and I know if I have any problems they will honor and warranty their work. They even pointed out that I still had about 30% left on my front brakes, but I'm a one-stop guy and had them replace all 4. Regina was very nice and knew her stuff. read more

I've had my alternator replaced a few years ago cost around 7 hundred dollars thought that I got a good deal but I inquired about a tune up for a 4 cylinder and they wanted to charge me 450 to 500 dollars now I'm thinking that they overcharge me for the work on the alternator anyways I got my tune up for 140 at Frank's auto repair in Victorville so if you think it about having them work on your car i urge you to get a second opinion. read more
