Wow! You are going to have a really hard time finding a more honest mechanic. How do I know this?…read more Through a simple and fail-proof test -- reality. They charged me a very reasonable fee for a repair, when they could have taken advantage. Many shops will make sure to tell you that you need to replace pretty much every part that might possibly be related to whatever is going on. "You're gonna need all new plugs, coils, hoses, widgets, relays, and whizz-drivers!" No, Brian only replaces what actually needs to be replaced. How do I know these guys are reasonable and honest? Because they could have easily told me the charges were going to be like 3 times as much, and I would have been forced to consider it. But they didn't do that. They fixed the problem, and charged a reasonable price for it. Highly recommended.

As soon as the temperature breaks 90+ outside the a/c starts blowing warm air. It's working just fine right now but if you take it out in the heat this afternoon it will not work, I'm telling you. He brushed off what I said and said " the Freon is probably low". I told him I didn't believe this to be the case, but please take a look at it. They call me later that day and tell me the repair is done. When I asked what was wrong he says " the Freon was low and you needed a new cabin air filter". Hmmm okay. So I go to pick up my car the following morning, pay him his $120 and I leave. A/c is working fine, as expected, because it's morning and it's not hot YET. 30min later it's pushing 90 outside and lo and behold the a/c starts blowing hot air. I didn't even make it back home and the shit stops working. Did you guys even put an ounce of regard into what I told you was the issue up front? Clearly not. Felt like a take the easy route and spit him out the door situation. Very very poor business practice. Waste of time, money, my breath, my mental energy. Avoid.

They stood and stared at my Truck for a hour and tried to guess at the issue and then quoted me $1200 to replace my cooling fan. I left feeling like these guys were clueless.
