The service here is hard for me to wrap my mind around. I had an idea to feature 2 local companies for their delicious snacks in our wedding gift bags. After speaking with an employee and a manager over the phone, we agreed on a pretty good deal for the a lot of popcorn. A discount was applied due to the bulk order as it had been by another company as well. However, when we returned to pick up the order a week later, there was the popcorn but no record of the price. The entire deal changed at this point. Sometimes because the employee couldn't do math properly. She first told us the order came out to over $400. We said that wasn't right. Then she said the order was $50. Well, that would be a sweet deal but not honest. We eventually did not get the discount we agreed on nor did we get the punch cards for 30 popcorns. We got a punch card for 3 popcorns although we bought 30! This company actually fails themselves here worse than us. I'm out a little money because they didn't honor the price they gave us earlier. But they were supposed to give us a punch card for each guest to know where this popcorn came from. You could take 60 customer and flip that to return business. You didn't even put your company on the popcorn. Just plain clear tubs. As it stands, we are fine with none of our guests knowing where this popcorn came from. This place is fine for walking in and buying what's available but I do not recommend buying a large quantity from here or relying on them for an event. read more

I actually love the popcorn but this is literally the SECOND time I've came by at 8-8:30pm and the doors were locked. On the front it says it closes at 9pm.. I was looking directly at an employee! Smh that's ridiculous, especially the fact that I drove all that way for it to be closed before the actual time TWICE ! I've called and no answer. read more
