I've used Justin once and had an ok experience. The first time he was supposed to show for the…read morework he did not make it that day. Blamed it on car trouble. Made it out the second day and took down the trees I requested. Had to actually help him out a bit with one of the trees which leads me to believe he's a little understaffed. Just him and a teenage boy to take down 2 fully mature trees. Job went well and I was satisfied with the results and clean up. Thats the only reason I gave a 3rd star. A few months later, I submitted a work request on his website and never received a response. I eventually gave up and decided to wait on the work until a later time. Another few months later, I submitted a work order again trying to get service done before I could have some other non-related jobs completed. Set up a meeting to come out and get a quote. DId not show. Called hours later stating "car trouble"... again... Rescheduled. Did not show on the second date... but came out hours later when no one was home. He left a quote on voice mail but I was unsure what the quote was for since I hadn't really given any details on what I wanted to do. Called back a few days later to try yet again to set up a meeting about the job. At the present time we are over an hour passed the window I was given for him to show and can't wait any longer. Pretty much given up on this one to go somewhere else. I just think he is either over worked, understaffed, or both. Needs some more organization for his business. I guess it works for the old people in the area that aren't in any rush. Don't hire unless you have all the time in the world to wait around for him.

Jose and his crew absolutely rocked. They were able to scale the large trees in my backyard, and kept the cut limbs from falling on my roof. They made quick work on my trees that needed to be cut back from the street, and cut the dead trees down without dangering other parts of my home / fence I really appreciate them cleaning up the debris around the house, including the excess leaves in the yard from the trimming. Absolutely horrible experience…read more We paid $4500 for zoysia and irrigation to get done 2/24/21. The first red flag was when Ryan asked us to pay him via Zelle for a cheaper amount. -When digging the trenches for the irrigation, they cut our internet line and we were without internet for over a week. -When the job was complete (I was not home and was nor notified it was finished) it was laughable. My 4 year old son could have done a better job at installation. None of the squares were lined up, the sides were jagged, pieces were bare, pieces are laid over bush branches. -The small corner on the opposite side of the sidewalk wasnt done. When I asked about it I was told I didnt pay for that... but they installed a sprinkler? -There were trenches that were not properly filled and covered so there were dips all over the lawn. -Our backyard still has a 2 inch deep trench across it. It has been over 3 months, half of our grass is dead despite the watering schedule they programmed and the work is still incomplete. Ive requested a partial refund and was told they would be back to look at it and finish things. At this point, this was the biggest waste of $4500. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!
