I will say, the Sirius wrap is large enough potentially to share. To finish, we had the coconut mango pie-- a perfect dessert that is not sugar forward, very refreshing. I will absolutely return. Seriously. Everything has pork. I got a handheld egg sandwich with tomato and cheese on a croissant with their potatoes. Basic sandwich, dry and the cheese & tomato were an extra charge. The potatoes were hard like they're old. The mimosa was good, regular sparkling with pineapple juice. And their tip machine doubles the recommended amount so for my $9 mimosa it generates a +$3 tip at 18 % but it should have been under $2. Just wanted to point that out too. I won't be back.

They said they would order them again. Two bacon cheeseburgers with fries totaled $30.01. The one thing I am not a fan of is the way all restaurants (East Coast is not alone by any stretch) have you pay. They spin their screen towards me so I can add a tip. They give suggested tips on the screen but seriously why should I feel as though I have to tip when all they do is grab the food (if not already there) and accept my money. The suggested tip was between $5-6 dollars. Tipping the person who grabs your food should never be the same tip percentage as you would give if you sat down and someone waited on you.

However, my recent customer service experience completely changed my opinion of this place. About 2-3 weeks ago, I ordered wings and they forgot to include my blue cheese dressing. I only ate a couple wings because I'm someone who likes dipping sauce with my food. So unfortunately, the rest of the wings went to waste. Today, I returned and politely explained the situation to the staff. I simply asked if they could provide an extra blue cheese this time due to the previous mistake. The cashier went to get the manager, Taylor, who informed me that I would need to have a "credit" on my account in order to receive the blue cheese dressing. She explained that I should have called the same day the mistake happened. I was honestly shocked by the response. As a returning customer who tips every visit, I expected a much better level of customer service and professionalism. I even asked if my tip could be refunded due to the poor service experience, and that request was DENIED as well. What's disappointing is this entire situation could have been resolved easily with a simple cup of blue cheese dressing. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The food may be good, but great restaurants also provide quality customer service and value loyal customers. Sadly, this experience left a bad impression on me. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good customer service alongside their food.
