We both had it in our calendars for 2. When we got there the lady at the front was extremely rude throughout the whole interaction. She told us were we SOL and our apt was at 1 not 2. Which is not what we were told on the phone. When confusion happens in a business interaction (which it does) it's the businesses responsibility to make it right. Not only did they burn the bridge with our business, but we both left extremely frustrated that an appointment only business didn't honor the appointment we were given. Seriously one of the most rude customer service experiences I've ever had if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I hate that I couldn't even rate them on the work they do because of how disrespectful they were.

Estimate for repairs now up to $1,083. Advised no more work and we will pick up vehicle. We paid $480.62 for repairs and no A/C working in any part of vehicle. All questions were answered concisely on how long it would take and how my car would be treated while there (inside only if overnight). There we no subjective "try" statements. I waited until they finally stopped talking and then said I have an appt for an inspection. A Plus's point of contact is a gentleman named Kevin. I have been dealing with salvage yards since I am in my teens, and most salvage yards can't be bothered unless you're buying an engine or transmission from them. Not so with A Plus, and my interest in the tilt steering column that they had for sale. A Plus's price was fair; Kevin was very prompt in emailing me pictures of the steering column before purchasing; the steering column was accurately represented in the pictures Kevin emailed me, and the item was packed very well (I had it shipped to my home). Kevin was over-the-top in that he gave me helpful, detailed, instructions on how to install the part. (Turns out, Don Tilley was a famous racer in his time!) The two ladies who assisted me were very personable. They had exactly what I was looking for. I chatted with them for a while and had a lovely time. There was a good assortment of motorcycles on the sales floor; not as many as other dealers, but a very nice showing. Lots of clothing and parts on display for sale, easy to locate. This dealership is easy to find at the end of a dead-end road and has a very large, clean parking lot.
