We discovered that there were some rotted out old railroad ties under the deck that were holding back some of the ground from the body of the pool that needed to be replaced once the deck was torn down but Allen and his guys took care of that as well! We had a special request for the deck gate, we wanted it to be a gate we could slide back so that we didn't have a swinging door always in the way, and he delivered on that! I just can't say enough good things about Allen and his team and the work they did at our house! I am beyond pleased with the way the deck turned out and the guys were absolutely great to work with! I would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely use them again for future projects! Inquiring about a delivery date was seen as "rude" yet her text which I documented says "check will go out in the mail today. Hopefully the USPS will have it to you by Monday, the 28th. If not, you know how to compliant about it"--- ! She couldn't even PICK up the phone and have a conversation..... buyer beware! The contract I signed says they can cancel at ay time due to any unforeseen circumstances- by any "change orders" MUST be agreed upon in writing by both parties. While their service may be good- their organization (or lack thereof) and office staff and kindness- isn't part of their core values.
