Allen and his team were always there when they said they would be and worked hard to finish the job in a timely manner. We discovered that there were some rotted out old railroad ties under the deck that were holding back some of the ground from the body of the pool that needed to be replaced once the deck was torn down but Allen and his guys took care of that as well! We had a special request for the deck gate, we wanted it to be a gate we could slide back so that we didn't have a swinging door always in the way, and he delivered on that! I just can't say enough good things about Allen and his team and the work they did at our house! I am beyond pleased with the way the deck turned out and the guys were absolutely great to work with! I would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely use them again for future projects! If not, you know how to compliant about it"--- ! She couldn't even PICK up the phone and have a conversation..... buyer beware! The contract I signed says they can cancel at ay time due to any unforeseen circumstances- by any "change orders" MUST be agreed upon in writing by both parties. While their service may be good- their organization (or lack thereof) and office staff and kindness- isn't part of their core values. Less than 24 hours later, he already has a Pella representative scheduled to inspect and presumably replace or repair the screen. Gina spent a lot of time getting to know us, and what our dream deck replacement would be. She surveyed the entire backyard, measured the old deck, provided us with a variety of alternatives, talked us through materials, price range, and so on -- she also took the time to get to know us personally, and when she left we felt very confident we had made a very good choice.
