I thought I would enjoy some independence. First each time you call they ask you how your paying so if you're a senior paying with tickets you get to wait an extra long time. I observed this by saying I was paying cash and them showing up quickly. Then I needed to get my granddaughter to school and said I was paying in tickets she was almost 2 hours late even though we had called in plenty of time to get her there on time. I dealt with 3 or 4 different women and only one of them were respectful or kind the other ones were extremely rude. When I asked for the supervisor the person said I am the supervisor I said then can I get a name of the owner or manager she said they won't talk to you . The last straw was being stood up twice and their refusal to answer the phone. If it was possible they would receive whatever the opposite of a star would be. It is unbelievable they are still allowed to provide any type of customer related services.

He was still rushing us along, telling us to hurry up, and answered between 3-5 calls per ride on full volume where he was outwardly planning rides for other people between our stops. It was so unprofessional and rude. He literally shushed us to plan a group of rides with another group. Wes was very sexist and kept talking about how "hot" his 22 year old co worker is and then said "I can't date her because she has a kid and I won't raise another man's mistake." So rude. We were shocked. All of us were CRAMMED into his car and it got so bad that nobody wanted to sit in the passenger seat because he was SO RUDE and wouldn't stop sharing rude stories with us. All he had to say was how much he hated past customers or disliked wineries. It was honestly so toxic to the fun vibe our group was trying to maintain and we could not get him to stop. Wes was continually rude and had a bad attitude. He told us he hates people from Seattle and we are all from Seattle. He also hates wine and didn't know where any of the wineries were- we kept having to give him directions. Our trip to Walla Walla was amazing but Wes was easily the only downside. There are so many better options and I will never book him again. I've also been made aware by my hotel that he claims to have insurance but does not have any.
