I even joked about how "therapeutic" the visit was. I was told there might even be some temperature sensitivity...possibly a week, and maybe up to a month! I can tell you, I drove to Smoothie King directly after the procedure, and felt fine. Ate sizzling fajitas for dinner, no issue! A client of mine is a dental hygienist and has been trying to lure me over to her dentist for some time. But I really disappointed following experience: When I tried to explain this issue to the staff, they didn't give me chance to showed my evidence and explained my situation. After 15 minutes uncomfortable conversation staff finally listened me and agreed that they claimed insurance incorrectly. And final point this discussion they told me about my accent..... I don't know how my accent related your fault... but this is reason to thinking about next visits this clinic...

Through some tooth technologies that I was not aware of, McKaskle made a 3D model of my tooth, color matched it with the rest of mine, the turn on some machine that spun out a ceramic replacement. Cross Creek was assigned as my preferred dentist by my network, and I am SO GLAD THEY WERE! I have extreme dental anxiety after some previous experiences in other dental offices and a traumatic dental accident a few years back. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so cared for! The front staff was extremely kind and quick. I waited under 5 minutes for my appointment time -- I felt they were so efficient at every step. The dental assistant who took my x-rays and performed my cleaning was equally as kind. I expressed my concerns with my dental anxiety and let her know I was in tears and on the verge of a panic attack. She did not make feel embarrassed whatsoever. She was extremely calm and accommodating and made me feel very seen and cared for during my panic. She offered to go slower or stopped if needed and made sure to check in throughout to ensure I was ok. I wish I remembered her name because I was so grateful for her ease and calming presence in that moment (other dental offices can be very passive and almost annoyed at this). The cleaning was quick and once I met with the dentist, I had already had a phenomenal experience. The dentist gave me a thorough check and was very communicative the whole way through. He was also calm and collected! I appreciated this visit so much and I plan to continue coming here!!
