They recommended about 5 different tires from which you could choose from. Went ahead and got all 4 tires done. They were able to do the service that was requested which were to keep the 2 tires in the front since they were still new, and put one of the 2 tires onto our spare tire since it needed to be replaced. It took about an hour and 30 minutes for the service. I would say that the value for everything done was good. Overall, the worker's did a very good job. They were very polite. The only thing is that the technician did bust 2 of the plastic hub cap for the tires, but they did offer to replace them.

I wasn't worried because I could cover whatever but many will need to know what the service costs. Lastly, when reinstalling wheels, wipe off the oily fingerprints. This company is unprofessional and dishonest. Purchased 4 brand new tires (Blackhawk) and I was told these tires would fit my truck. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed damage to my tires. After self inspecting, I found out the technician installed them this way. The tires were grinding on the inside of the steering knuckle. The shop refused to return the tires or compensate for their negligence. They offered me cheap spacers and a $100 bill to "compromise". This is unacceptable as I ended up spending a lot more than I wanted to because of their negligence. They also lie and go back on their word! When I asked why my tires were installed this way, the manager Anatoly said this is the size tire you asked for. I made sure prior to dropping of my truck that those tires would fit. After buying brand new rims, to make the tires fit, I had to get them roadforce balanced, I was told the tires were out of round. Do not trust ANATOLY and save your money!

Charged me $125 for a Denso O2 sensor that costs $25 on rockauto.com When asked why I was charged an hour and half for them to simply unscrew the old O2 sensor and screw the new one back in (which takes a mere 10 minutes if even) he said that's just what the book says, which is very ingenuine. If they had a job that the book says takes 8 hours and it took them 12 I know for a fact they would charge the customer for 12 hours and not 8. So it should be the same for the other way as well, they only care about whatever way makes the most money with no regards to the customer. A 10-15 minute job with a $25 part should never have costed $280 ever. If you treat your customers genuinely and with honestly, they will come back. In this case, I will never be returning to this place of business.
