They recommended about 5 different tires from which you could choose from. Went ahead and got all 4 tires done. They were able to do the service that was requested which were to keep the 2 tires in the front since they were still new, and put one of the 2 tires onto our spare tire since it needed to be replaced. It took about an hour and 30 minutes for the service. I would say that the value for everything done was good. Overall, the worker's did a very good job. They were very polite. The only thing is that the technician did bust 2 of the plastic hub cap for the tires, but they did offer to replace them.

It has been sitting outside on Sean's property collecting dust and debris for over four months. Sean originally took on this project and told us that if he got backed up, Jay would step in to help get the car up and running. We were completely fine with that. However, without any clear communication, we suddenly found ourselves dealing only with Jay. Communication since then has been terrible. We receive no updates unless my husband repeatedly calls, texts, and pushes for answers. Each time we are told additional money is needed for parts or labor, my husband immediately withdraws the funds and pays them. In December, we were told an additional $2,000 was needed for labor just to get started. My husband withdrew the $2,000 and paid it, and we were told that would cover the remaining labor. Since then, nothing has been done. No labor. No progress. No updates. All the parts needed to rebuild the entire front end are there. The car has not been touched. Now we are getting the runaround. Jay does not respond to calls or texts, and Sean claims he has nothing to do with it -- yet the vehicle is still sitting on Sean's property, and Sean is the one who originally took on the project before passing it off. At this point, this feels like a complete scam. We have documentation, text messages, proof of payments, and photos posted on their Facebook page. This situation is beyond unacceptable. We do not recommend Sean or Jay for any projects in the Gwinnett, Winder, or Barrow County areas. We are prepared to pursue legal action to resolve this matter. This has been 100% ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

I had few times bad experiences with mechanic. So I don't trust them completely and dealer always overcharged or unknown charge. Last time I got oil change from dealer. They recommended to fix rear break pad for $199.95. Every time I went there, I felt they charged too much and unknown charges. So I asked my fiancé about it and he suggested 'International Auto Repairs' at Winder near Auburn. It is a little far from my house but I was looking for honest mechanic and I wanted to know what is real problem. Definitely, I am so glad to bring my car there. He only charged $89.95 and took time to check everything. Wayne who is owner and has experience more than 20 years and Andrew who is manager and also long experience kept letting me know what they have done and how long I have to wait. They are very gentle and sweet. During waiting, I notice the shop is extremely clean and organized. I felt very comfortable when I was there.
