Dad is especially impressed because whenever there are issues with his pool, their customer service is so top tier, they are on it immediately to resolve the problem. Their location is in CT but you can see from the reviews that they work with pools all over LI (and apparently as far as Albany, according to my father). Their maintenance people are fast, friendly and thorough (I've been at the house a couple times when they serviced the pool). Reasonably priced, too. Important to note that my father is someone who doesn't tolerate inconsistent timeliness (this probably goes for 9/10 dads, no?) and they are always on time or they call.
