He promised to get back to me within a few days with a proposal in writing,a sample and he's be ready to go .I was thrilled to find someone I had good feelings about. This was over 3 wks ago and I still haven't heard back from him-even after I called him to see what was happening. Given his seeming eagerness to start No matter how many good reviews ,why would you ever start a project with someone who is irresponsible before he even begins .
