This included a construction company that installed interior and exterior door as well as flooring. All did a great job. As for Conrad's painting, He did my entire first floor and it was soot damaged and in very bad shape. There were a few details that I was not happy with. Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results. He did a good job and the price was very reasonable.

They came out at our convenience and gave us a free estimate. They were able to start the next week. For three days, they worked to repair and repaint our ceiling. It came out great. It came out very nice and I am very pleased. The man was friendly and all business. My only complaint is that when he left on Friday he said I will be here tomorrow between 8:30/9:00. I waited for him to come but no show so I contacted the owner who apologized for him saying he would be here but because it was a holiday weekend he would not be here until Tuesday. I could have got together with friends had I known that before noon. That is my only complaint.
