I wish I could give no stars. I couldnt message them directly on here so I ended up calling and asked for another team member to assist me. She was very nice and asked me to send her my resume which I did. Again. No response. I emailed the team lead again with another thorough email stating the specifics of why I am looking for work and what happened to my last job. It could have been a generic email template that was sent from him as I have amazing office skills that apparently need prior 3-5 years office environment employment to prove it (guessing), because he wouldnt tell me why there was no matches for me. He did say that volt and appleone might have better matches for me, which I tried. Again, nothing. I've been to Ultimate Staffing-Brea multiple times to apply and try to get a job. For the most part, the staff does their job and are very helpful except for the front desk person - Ashley. While in the office, I've seen her interact with clients and past/current employees hired by the staffing agency. She's not patient and a lot of times, not helpful. It's like pulling teeth to try to get answers you need and that includes seeing it happen with others as well as personal experience myself. The first time I saw it happen, I felt bad for the guy that came in inquiring about his job, but was glad it wasn't me she was talking to because she was impatient and condescending. The other staff are good, which is more important since the other staff do the major part of matching jobs with clients, but the front desk job is important too. if you sit at the front and are the first person that people meet, you are basically the face of the company. if I encounter someone rude, I would be less likely to stay and probably take my business elsewhere. there are lots of staffing companies out there. great job to the other staff members, hence the 3 stars. I hope Ashley will learn better ways to deal with people and cope with situations or the agency needs to find someone else that can do that unless you want that to affect the prospective clients you bring in. Agency staff members may feel like they can treat you however they want because clients need the agencies to find them jobs, but agencies also need clients in order to keep their own jobs. don't forget that. it is a two-way street. read more

I started looking for a job around May. I wanted something that would fit my experience and possibly be a career job where I can learn much more.
