I was in a car accident on earlier this year, and my car ended up being totaled and I was experiencing back and neck pain. I had no idea what to do or where to start, so I'm really glad I found James Wang Law. They were so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. They connected me with chiropractors in my area, and I had a great experience with my treatment. I'm happy to say I'm no longer in pain! The settlement process was also very smooth and quick. I especially want to thank Yin Wu, the Case Management Supervisor, for being so kind, patient, and helpful throughout my case. I would definitely recommend James Wang Law to anyone in a similar situation. They made a stressful experience so much easier! read more

I was recently in a car accident that left me with lingering pain throughout my lower back and upper legs. Not only did they have an amazing directory of doctors they work with (I have nothing but the greatest things to say about Dr Baek and his team over in Chino Hills), but the team in the law office themselves made my case very painless and stress-free. Everything was taken care and all I had to worry about was to go to my appointments. My accident was in mid July, I contacted them 11 days later and they were able to fit me in to see Dr Baek the same day to start my recovery treatment. That concluded in the first week of November (with all my lower back pain from the accident fixed and gone!), and my payout came early December. Easily the best decision for an injury lawyer I could have made. read more

My dad was T-boned by another driver who failed to yield. The City of Arcadia has been installing flashing yellow arrows (FYA) to improve traffic flow and safety, but in reality, many drivers are not used to FYAs yet, and in our case, that confusion could have cost my dad his life. Despite the stress and uncertainty, choosing James Wang Law was one of the best decisions we made. Their office staff is incredibly organized, responsive, and professional. They also speak multiple languages, which was especially important since my dad only speaks Cantonese and Mandarin. I handled most of the communication on his behalf, and I was consistently impressed by how smooth everything was. Even when I could not answer right away due to work, they always left a voicemail or text. When I returned the call and mentioned my name or my dad's, I was immediately connected to the right staff member. No repeating our story, no confusion, no wasted time. That level of coordination really stood out. We all know insurance attorneys are tough. They are trained to defend, delay, and minimize payouts. The question is how does an everyday person go up against that? James Wang Law bridges that gap. They are strategic, liability-aware, and genuinely care about their clients. They made us feel supported, informed, and protected every step of the way. They do not just fight cases. They fight for people. If you are looking for a law firm that combines professionalism, empathy, and real legal strength, I highly recommend James Wang Law. read more

I was involved in a multi-vehicle collision on the highway where I was rear-ended and pushed into another car, leaving my vehicle totaled. I decided to contact James Wang Law Office after seeing their advertisements and positive reviews. From the start, their process was straightforward. I worked with Agent Ella Shao, under the supervision of James Wang, who guided me through every step. I provided them with the police report and all details of the accident, and they quickly got the case started. Since I experienced lower back discomfort, they referred me to one of their partnered clinics. After an X-ray, I was diagnosed with a herniated disc. I received chiropractic and machine therapy treatments over the course of 2-3 months, which helped me recover. The law office handled almost everything: insurance claims, DMV paperwork, and communication with the other parties' insurers. They explained what my insurance was telling me, ensured I was reimbursed for my totaled car, and navigated roadblocks with professionalism and efficiency. For my injury claim, the process took about 8 months. During that time, they kept me informed when I reached out and eventually finalized the settlement. The arrangement was clear: a portion of the claim went toward medical expenses, and the remaining balance was split 50/50. Overall, I had no problems with their services. They handled my case professionally and resolved it successfully. My only feedback would be that I wish they had provided updates more frequently--perhaps monthly--since I often had to check in every few months for progress. Still, I appreciate how smoothly they managed my case, from my car claim to my injury settlement, and I would recommend James Wang Law Office to anyone needing legal assistance after an accident. read more
