They don't keep you informed about the process and on top of that they were condescending. They're providing a service and the service is nonexistent. I walked in and asked what the office hours are. No one in their staff of 4 could tell me. There is no answering machine! Absolutely ludicrous. I kept calling and calling until I got someone because it was urgent. With their funny hours I try to drop off the paper work during lunch time. I even called ahead to make sure someone is there and low and behold they have all gone to lunch. I'm not even sure what he did was legit! We went to court and while he was speaking to the judge he blamed me for something I didn't know about. Oh and the fee? He never said when it was due. He told me two days before the trial that he needs a check written for $10k+. We were negotiating the hospital debt and was very proud of himself for lowering the final bill if we paid it in full. Let's just say a kinder-gardener has more haggling skills. My husband was outraged and called the collection agency again and the got it lowered thousands less. Yes now the question is why in the world I went with this guy? Well my father's friend high recommended him and I thought my father would be more involved. Let's just say they're an from an older generation that still has a lot of faith that people with higher education will do the right thing. Had I had known I would have picked someone.
