Further, Dave Singh's advice led us to believe that the duration of the probate process would not affect the valuation of our property, a statement that proved grossly inaccurate and cost us over $20,000 more than anticipated. This financial shock was compounded by Dave's decision to send an invoice directly to our escrow officer without prior consultation, a move that not only blindsided us but also solidified our decision to sever ties with his services. Throughout this ordeal, our access to critical information and necessary resources, such as the probate referee, was inexplicably withheld until it was too late to make informed decisions.
