Juliet is an excellent career coach!…read more I recently had a few career exploration sessions with her in which she helped me to define what exactly I'm looking for in the next phase of my career. Juliet believes in loving what you do and helps her clients to achieve that goal. She gave me many resources to access to help me with my career path in addition to listening to me, asking questions, and giving great advice. After three sessions I was able to better define what I was seeking career-wise, keep the momentum and motivation going and create a plan of attack in just how to land the next job. I was most appreciative of the extra time Juliet would spend with me (my sessions flew by with her). She also gave me information on local companies of interest to pursue...information that would have taken me hours of research to find on my own. I recommend Juliet for any career exploration needs. In addition, she spent some time reviewing my resume and discussing cover letters. She has a great instinct for how to sell oneself with these crucial documents as well as how to prep oneself for interviews. I highly recommend hiring Juliet.

I landed a position with one of the city government roles I was targeting here in Orange county! This role has been a great fit for me, and I enjoy and respect the other people I work with, and the people in the community that we serve. I had several offers after our work together and ultimately decided this one was the best fit for me. The work you did with my personality profile, career goals, and resume was extremely helpful and definitely had a lot to do with the number of offers I received. I also performed very well in my interviews not just because of my experience in this field but also because of practicing the questions and hypotheticals we went over together. You are a master of your craft and I will not hesitate to mention you if I have any other contacts who are looking for resume and or career coach professionals with your skill set. Thank you again for everything!

In fact, it was 3 years of therapy that, looking back, really on helped me in the first month to deal with the initial reason for seeking help. I which I would have known about Self Help back then and probably would've saved years of therapy that was going no where. From my very first session with Nancy, I felt there was real progress. I got insight to my learned behavior from past experiences and how that affected my reaction/connection to the world around me. Both my internal and external reactions continued to shape the present experiences that caused continued fear and guilt that was paralyzing. I wasn't myself. But with Nancy's guidance, I learned more about my internal processes and that understanding empowered me. Through each session and "homework assignments" I gained new confidence and regained control to bring about a positive behavior change that allows me to enjoy myself again. I also brought my adult son and my husband to these sessions and it has helped them as well. Also, although these sessions were not covered by my PPO insurance I was able to get reimbursed through my Healthcare spending account which is a huge plus. They are very punctual, professional, and responsive. Though sometimes they don't answer the phone right away, they usually respond within the hour when I leave a message. They are very clear about their no show policy at the first visit. They are respectful of your time and they expect respect for theirs as well. I've been to over a dozen sessions and never waited more than 5minutes for my appt. I've had to reschedule twice and never got charged a no show fee because I notified them at least 24hrs in advance. It is a professional practice for excellent self help therapy.

I never got a call back not even the day after. This place is extremely unprofessional & clearly does not care about their clients, just the money. A simple message saying they couldn't see me would've gone a long way. I was left alone and emotionally distressed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
