I was…read moreconsidering Shipt delivery but I didn't have $35 worth of things I needed so decided to get up early and get our day started then go to breakfast. Anywho, since I know Target stores pretty well we were in and out in minutes. I am noticing a lot of Targets are looking so different as they are transforming their colors! I like the new look but I'm old school. I'm so use to Target being Red and White not beige or brown. But it is pretty. All Targets are usually clean and organized. Since they barely opened in the morning the dude and I were like the only ones in there so that was pretty fun. We checked out the clothes and jewelry as I forgot my earrings too. I decided I didn't need jewelry and just got my makeup which is just my lip stain, eye liner and mascara water proof. I got some princess crowns for my nieces so we can have a princess party together. We opted for self check out and in the process I lost my lip stain I paid for and didn't notice until we got the car. I had to go back to self check out but people were already there so I let a staff member know and they informed me to go to Guest Services. Guest services directed me back to self check out and when we walked back over a customer found it and gave it to the employee. I got and left - such a happy feeling! Overall, I love Target! They always hook me up on my birthday and they have several good deals the are hard to pass up! I would recommend any Target at any location. All staff were wearing their face mask properly and took my missing item seriously! No complaints. Great experience at this location.

We didn't even get to browse through the store to be getting accused of stealing, we simply wanted to use the restroom.

They ignored my requests for a refund or assistance with a FedEx claim. Basically blew me off and cost me hundreds. Avoid these guys like the plague.

    I've been going into Audio Ecstacy for over 20 years to listen to audio demos and drool over cool…read moregear. I started going in there in the early 1990's when I was in grade school. Even as a young teenager with no ability to buy anything everybody was super cool and nobody ever rushed us out of the shop. I hadn't gone in to the shop in several years but I finally returned recently to purchase a new AV receiver. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but Mike was willing to spend a LOT of time talking to me about my needs and many other fun topics. We hit it off quite well. He made me a hell of a deal on a new Yamaha receiver to replace my old outdated unit and I am listening to it as I write this review. It sounds amazing. Most of the "mom and pop" shops have disappeared as Best Buy and the other big box stores have shown up in our small town. I can tell you Mike will not only match their prices but he will absolutely blow away their service. He even has brands the box stores could never get their hands on! I encourage anybody who wants to see some cool vintage, modern or rare gear to swing in and spend some time. Thanks Mike!

    Contacted Mark back in August to request he perform some re-running of speaker wires to my home…read moreentertainment setup (moving from one wall to another). Mark returned my call the next day, which was the *only* time he responded promptly. He said he would be in my area at the end the week, but that came and went without a call or text from Mark. I sent him text messages on Sept. 1 and Sept. 7, and finally got a response on Sept. 14, with Mark apologizing for not getting back to me. He indicated he could make something happen the following week, which I agreed to. On Sept. 21, I received a text from Mark indicating he needed to reschedule, as his young child was sick at home, and he needed to be there. Fair enough. On Sept. 27, I texted Mark again, seeking another time he could come out...CRICKETS! On Oct. 10, I texted him again, indicating that I would appreciate a response if he had any intention of working on my project...CRICKETS, to this day! Bottom line: I understand that "stuff" happens that adversely affects schedules, but no amount of "stuff" should prevent common courtesy from occurring - a simple return text or call indicating the problem, and this would have saved me the time of writing this poor review. The Audio Solution may be technically great, but I never got a chance to experience that - only extremely poor communication, or none at all. I can only assume that Mark didn't really want to do the job I need done, but instead of being up front with me, he produced excuses, or didn't communicate at all. POOR business model...CAVEAT EMPTOR: use The Audio Solution at your own risk, especially if you covet communication and follow through with the service you're using.
