I was told that they were busy working on government vehicles so I would need to wait at least a week. When asked what day I wanted to set up the appointment, I had to think about it because I had a day in mind that didn't work with his schedule. When I had to think about it, he got really annoyed. That was enough for me to walk out, which was fine because I walked into a better place that was able to tend to me the same day. And their quote was also cheaper than what this place quoted me.

That said, the initial installation of my $1,000 bed cover felt rushed given the hourly labor cost. The fitment wasn't quite right at first and one side of the seal was pinched. I also noticed an impact was used on the rails, which are known to be sensitive to over-torque and can crack easily. While the pinched seal was corrected, I would have preferred more care taken from the start. I don't think they do bad work, but the shop's pace is faster than I personally prefer. For future work, I'd likely look for a shop that prioritizes a bit more attention to detail.
