Too many times in cleanings I had to fix something, just ignore it, or call the owner to come out and fix it. I had a really important time I needed cleaned -- so much so I scheduled the cleaners a month in advance for the date. They failed to show and only let me know at the last possible moment (after the window closed) no one was coming. No alternate plans were proposed, no offered solutions, no scramble to have another crew come. Just: we are not showing and tough luck. I cannot do business with a business unreliable like this.

The windows weren't cleaned throughout the house and also base boards were not cleaned. The cleaning that was done was okay... but to be honest I could have cleaned it for the quality it was (and I hate cleaning). I asked the owner a few days after seeing the results if they would come back to finish the windows and some other areas that were missed and I did not get any response. I even tried contacting them twice! I even told the owner if they did come back I would give a great review and refer them but apparently she doesn't care.. not sure. I don't think this is any way to run a business especially if you are a small business. The ones positive that did come out of the experience is that she was accommodating with the date and time. I had to reschedule last minute and she was more than happy to do that for no charge. That's all I have to say about the experience. I'll be choosing a new cleaner next time. Good luck with you business and hopefully this will be a teaching lesson to not ghost their customers in the future.

I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. David seems like a nice guy upon meeting and he told my husband and I what he would do in our house to get it moved in ready and everything sounded great. After they finished their cleaning, my husband and I weren't able to check the house right away as we had other things to take care of. But when we did, we noticed our floors still felt dusty, the spider webs in the corner of the floors with the dead bugs were not even touched. He told us he'd clean and sanitize our fridge but we noticed the towel that was already in the fridge had not even been moved from the spot it was placed before they came to clean. Our counter had spots of sticky residue and crumbs that weren't cleaned. I have been slowly unpacking and I keep finding dirty shelves or cabinets that doesn't even look like his team touched. I had previously message David to let him know how unhappy I was with the work him and his team did. He responded with a video showing me he mopped our floors but you can clearly see in the video that it was rushed. They also cleaned only one side of my double front doors instead of both sides. I mentioned this to him, which he responded that my doors only open on one side so that is why they only cleaned the one side... but in the photo I sent him I had both my front doors opened. After reaching out again, I eventually received a quote that was shockingly high--more than double the other estimates I had received. Despite that, I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt based on their reviews. I asked if that price was just for the initial deep clean or for all future cleanings. I was told it was only for the first visit. When I inquired about the cost of regular cleanings going forward, they said they would find out and get back to me--then I never heard from them again. It felt like pulling teeth just trying to give them a fair chance. I'm sharing my experience so others know what to expect. Fortunately, I found another company with much more reasonable pricing and a stronger sense of professionalism to clean my home.
