Theres a bunch of photobooths out there, but these guys are fun, friendly and best of all affordable! yaaay! My brother used them for a wedding earlier this year and it was a hit (the most popular activity after the wedding and the reception). I remember them being there ontime (maybe even early) to set up. And even though there were tons of props, they were able to clean up and close up quickly. The booth itself reminds me of the ones from the mall.. except its better.. theres a screen on the inside and the outside and a little curtain so you can have a bit of privacy (but dont' be deceived, the screen outside shows your pictures). I like that they even customized the countdown screen with fun pictures of my brother and his wife. There was a line for these photos but since there were tons of props, it made the wait easier. We were given two strips.. one to keep and one to put in a keepsake album with a note. They did such a great job that my cousin also used them! read more

Wow wOw WOW! These guys rock! They were at my coworker's wedding in 2011 and when I was planning my own wedding for Nov 2, 2013, I knew I wanted to hire this company. I did my due diligence and researched several other photo booth companies but "ultimate"ly these guys had the best price, no idle charges, no extra re-print charges, super responsive to emails, and the overall vibe I got from my point of contact, Dalan, was more than enough to be completely happy and at ease with our decision to hire them. My fiancé-now-husband and I couldn't decide on a background color for the prints and Dalan emailed us several different colors and shades that would best suit the mini green-leaf background graphic we chose to surround our names and wedding date. We chose a lighter/brighter shade of yellow, but we may have seemed unsure in our emails, so on the day of the wedding, the two awesome attendants had brought two different colored backgrounds for me to see and choose in person. Every guest who used the photo booth has raved about their service, props, and how good the prints are. Lastly, I loved how the attendants were assembling an album of all the guests' pictures throughout the night and handed it to us at the end of the night. So much fun to look through the pictures that very same night while eating our leftover wedding dinner! They also provide an online gallery and will be sending us a disc with all the photos. Summary: Very fun and professional photo booth service. We worked with Ultimate Photobooth for our wedding. Dalan was very prompt and professional in telling us more about their service and what they needed and could provide. The team showed up and set up promptly the day of the event, and had tons of great fun props for our guests to use. I think our guests managed to keep the photobooth working almost the whole time, and everyone from our nieces/nephews to our parents and family friends got involved. They were nice enough to print out multiple copies of each of the photo strips, and gave us access to download full resolution photos as well after the event. Everyone was super-friendly. Best photobooth company out there! We hired Ultimate Photobooth for our wedding in April, and are so happy with how everything went. We had shopped around and received quotes from other photobooth companies around the area, and admit it was a bit of a tough choice, as the competition is tough. But we chose Dalan and Ultimate Photobooth because something just felt like it would work for us. Dalan was easy to work with, we communicated mostly via email and he was quick to respond to every question we had. He helped to design the logo and border on the photo print-outs, which made it easier for us. However, if you have your own design in mind, they can use that as well. We loved that it was standard for them to print out extra copies for everyone if a large group entered the booth! That way everyone goes home with a copy. I also found out from my family/friends that they asked if they wanted the photos emailed to them as well immediately as they came out of the booth. The attendants there were fun, courteous, and very accomodating. They had a variety of props that our guests loved. We really appreciated that the attendants made sure to catch us before the to make sure we stepped into the booth ourselves to get a few pictures taken before they closed up. So we were able to get in our share of pictures, despite the night being so busy. Thanks for thinking of us! Several days after the wedding, Dalan emailed us with a password-protected link to all the photos. We shared that link with our guests, and they are able to download the pictures if they wanted. I've heard about having photo booth's at events, but this past Saturday was the first time I was able to experience it first hand. These guys set everything up relatively quickly, were very professional, and the sheer level of "coolness" was through the roof. The quality of the pictures alone blew us away. My girlfriend and I dressed ourselves up with the provided props and made our way into the booth. The booth snapped 4 pictures (HD+ quality), and we were able to get a photo strip printout in about 2 minutes. For this wedding, they also printed a second strip and created books out of them with custom messages that we wrote to the bride/groom (pictured). All in all my friends and I were really stoked to have these guys there. They provided ridiculous and hilarious props to outfit us, and they're somehow able to capture studio quality pictures inside a photo booth. Awesome. We used Dalan's photobooth services for our wedding and had a blast! They were very professional, yet friendly to all of our guests. They invited us to take last minute pictures even after their shift had ended. Their photobooth setup, equipment, and software were top-knotch - they didn't look like those cheesy photobooths out there. They even had a touchscreen for selecting the type of photo to take (black vs color). We were able to customize the graphics on the border of the strip, and they were flexible with the photobooth package we wanted. Getting a photo booth was a huge hit at our wedding. Everyone loved it, young and old. When researching photo booth companies, Dalan was the most responsive, and also the most inclusive, with all the extras already included in the price, like photo scrapbook, and props. His pricing was very competitive, if not the best we found. His booth looked great, and was a good size to fit 5+people inside a booth, or just have two people take a picture. Also there were screens to show people what they look like, as well as a screen on the outside to show people outside what photos were being taken. We were even able to customize the pictures on the screen which was nice touch for extra personalization. He came early and was setup before the scheduled time. Ultimate Photobooth was AMAZING! Dalan and his crew did a great job and everything went beyond our expectations. They were really attentive, checking up on us throughout our wedding planning. They were really easy to reach and quick to respond to all our questions. We asked for samples of the photobooth strips and they were sent right away. We were also able to customize the the welcome screen and the thank you screen along with a choice of the backdrop color. On they day of our wedding, Dalan and another attendant were on time and made sure everything was ready before our guests arrived. Their equipment was excellent, the photos and prints were really high quality. They provided an assortment of really fun props that our guests absolutely LOVED! Ultimate Photobooth also put a copy of every strip in a photobooth picture album where our guests could write a little note next to their photos.The extra attendant was key since there were so many people that wanted to use the photobooth...he kept things moving quickly and smoothly while the other worked on arranging the photo scrapbook. Dalan and Ultimate Photobooth are THE BEST. I used them for my wedding in June and I am SO HAPPY with everything. From the very first email to Dalan he was friendly and helpful and so prompt in his replies. The photo booth was an absolute hit at our wedding. My guests are still talking about it. We have used Ultimate Photobooth twice and LOVE them! The first was for a non-profit fundraising banquet serving 250 people. Dalan and Vince (owners) are very prompt, thorough, and great with guests. Their equipment is of the best quality and the photos are incredible. For our non-profit event, they put our logo on the bottom of the photos along. We placed magnet strips on the back so that guests could take home and place on their refrigerator. A year later, the photos are still up! The second time we brought them in for a 30th & 24th Birthday parties. Dalan and Vince went above and beyond! This was a last minute request on my behalf, and they made it work with their schedules. They arrived early, and stayed late, to make sure all of the guests were able to use the booth. Once again, they brought everything we needed! Their printer, prints two photo strips, one to place in a scrapbook for people to sign, and one for them to take home. We also placed magnetic strips on the back of the photos and guests were able to take them home and put them up! At the bottom of this photo strip we wrote a birthday message. Another detail that I love, is how they request pictures ahead of time and they were able to have photos of the birthday guys as the screensaver in between photos and as guests were awaiting their next photo. Lastly our guests had so many laughs inside the booth, and those that were standing outside the booth were able to watch on a screen, what was happening inside the booth. This review is long overdue, but better late than never I guess. I'm a student from MSJHS and we hired Ultimate Photobooth for our school's Winterball dance. We were so happy with their service that we even decided to hire them again for our Sadie Hawkins dance a few months later. Dalan and his crew are extremely friendly, professional, and willing to help. When choosing a color for the background, I wanted to match it with our dance's theme. However, I was told that they didn't have that color available but would try their best to get it for me. Lo and behold on the day of the dance, they managed to get the colored background I had requested! Also, to make a profit, they let us charge the students a fee to use the photobooth. On top of all of this, they even offered free reprints, mailed me a CD with all the photos from the night on it, and uploaded all the strips and individual pictures onto a protected website so that the students could download their photos straight onto their computers. For our May 1 wedding, I knew I wanted a photobooth to supplement the "well-behaved" photos of our guests that our wedding photographer would take. I researched nearly a dozen companies, before choosing Ultimate Photobooth because of what they could offer and their competitive price point and because they came recommended by a friend's cousin (who hired them for her wedding). I worked with Vince leading up to the wedding, and Dalan on our wedding day. What I loved about Ultimate Photobooth and sets it apart from other ones: -- The quality of the lighting and sharpness of the photos. This can't be understated: I've been to weddings where the photobooth lighting is weird and everyone looks pale/sickly in their photobooth pics or the pics are grainy. Ultimate Photobooth's pics are crisp and sharp. -- Unlimited photo prints. How many times have you been in a photobooth with a bunch of friends and only one photostrip pops out for everyone to "share"? If six people squeeze into a booth, we wanted all six to have a photostrip to take home if they want one and Ultimate Photobooth gave our guests that option. -- Huge selection of fun props. Our guests got a kick out of having so much to choose from. -- Competitive pricing. Let's face it, photobooths aren't cheap. Ultimate wasn't the most expensive or the cheapest. But for everything they offer and the great quality of their photos, they're definitely worth it. -- Fun scrapbook and CD included. We got to take the scrapbook home that night, which gave us something fun to flip through at 2 a.m. when we were too wired to sleep. We got the CD with all the photos within a couple weeks. It's been three months since our wedding and we still enjoy flipping through the scrapbook and the CD. -- Customizable things. They offered a nice variety of backdrops on their website, but I didn't see one that matched our wedding colors. So I asked Vince, thinking they might have it but maybe it wasn't popular enough to be posted online. They didn't -- but he went out and got the color we wanted for our backdrop. Thanks Vince! Also, they let us customize the footer of our photostrip to include a photo of us. -- You can squeeze a surprising number of people into the booth, which is great because the more, the merrier. Not only did he indicate that he was unavailable for our big day, but he wrote a somewhat lengthy response informing me what I should be looking for when booking a booth (e.g. how many people fit? what kind of printer is being used? etcetera). That kind of service was really appreciated and made me bummed that we couldn't book with Ultimate. This spoke volumes as to how Dalan runs the business -- with excellent service. Dalan was a real pleasure to work with - he was very accommodating to all our requests and was there early to set up. If I could give Ultimate Photobooth more than 5 stars, I would. Photobooths are always a great addition to a wedding, but there are mediocre services and there are GREAT services. Ultimate Photobooth is definitely the latter. We decided last minute to get a photobooth for our wedding banquet and so I contacted almost 10 different photo booth services in the Bay Area to find out about their availability and pricing. First, booking them was a breeze. Dalan was super responsive and clear in all his communications. Second, their pricing was also very transparent and they were all-inclusive in their packages. For one flat price (which was a very reasonable price since I had compared them with many other similar services), they include the photobooth, unlimited photos and reprints, transport, props, scrapbook and cool pens and personalization of the prints and the welcome screen. Once we booked them, Dalan worked with us to create an awesome design for our photo prints. He patiently went back and forth with us to get a proof that we were happy with and was flexible to the changes we wanted. And the design on the prints turned out awesome! Now on the main event! We booked the photobooth from 8pm-Midnight. But they came very early at 5pm to set up and make sure everything was ok. We were a bit unorganized and didn't know where to put them in the banquet room, but Dalan was flexible with us (and put up with my picky father!!!) Both Dalan and Vince were professionally dressed with ultimate photobooth embroidered on their shirts. They patiently waited to start at 8pm, so I really appreciated that they came so early. The photobooth was AMAZING. The booth itself had a cool user interface. In the welcome screen, there was a picture of my husband and I to welcome the person and after people finished taking pictures, there was another picture of my husband and i to say thank you! Outside of the booth, there was a screen that showed the pictures that were taken. The prints printed out very quickly and Dalan and Vince helped our guests put the print in a scrapbook with a message. The props were great. Lots of variety and made for incredibly silly and funny pictures. And the prints were very high quality. Not the flimsy photopaper you get with some photobooths - but it was the thick matte kind. Dalan and Vince were also very very kind to our guests. They helped when younger guests went to take pictures and also older guests. They also helped my cousin who needs to be in a wheelchair get in and out of the photobooth area. And when we had big groups, they zoomed out the camera for us so we could all fit (we had over 10 people in one of the pics!) What I appreciated most was that our wedding had ended a little early at around 11pm and I had told them they could leave, but they resisted and said insisted that they would wait for my husband and I to take a few pictures first. Ultimated Photobooth were one of the first ones at the venue and the last to leave. Overall, they really went above and beyond and made our guests all very happy - a lot of guests took their business cards and were talking about having a photobooth for their next event! Where to begin with this one? Dalan and his team were thoroughly professional from the start! Dalan stayed in constant contact with us and presented several options to ensure that the format of the photo strips were to our liking. I would recommend the 2x2 strips. I've seen photobooths at other weddings where you never know when the picture would be taken - Dalan's team made sure we knew when to pose without looking ridiculous (unless it was on purpose). They had a huge amount of props, and everyone still tells us how much fun they had. Even our older guests got in on the fun! They also have the option for a scrapbook which I would highly recommend for any event - the ability to have a hard copy of all the pictures people took as well as individual messages is priceless. read more
