Mae was fabulous! She was super sweet! The photobooth was a hit. I had an Asian style wedding which means: a huge wedding, over 350 guests. The Young and Old loved it! I even had my Great Aunts and Uncles jumping in with their feather boas and Flava Flave over sized clocks ! They provided all of the props and even a scrapbook along with the embellishments. She helped put it all together as friends and family were taking pictures and I got to look through it that same night! It was just fun to see everyone stepping out of their element to be fun and goofy. Mae was quick to respond to all of my questions and she went above and beyond to make sure our guests enjoyed themselves. I thought for so long about what to give my guests as mementos for our wedding, but everything seemed so cheesy and plastic. Then we came upon the idea of doing the photobooth. It was perfect! Everybody could take as many pictures as they wanted and take home the pictures at the end of the night. In addition they helped to create and design our guest sign-in book with the pictures. Each picture they took one copy would go to them and the other one would go in our guest book. The book was amazing because in 30 years who knows if I will remember certain people by just their name! I now have an amazing guest book with pictures and comments from all the people at our wedding. If you think all of this is amazing we also got all of the pictures from the photobooth on a DVD. This was the BEST thing we ever did at our wedding!! People are still talking about how much fun they had dressing up and taking pictures in the photobooth! Mae and her husband were amazing at helping us arrange all the details from the choice to have costumes, to the cutouts that we wanted in the book. We were even able to add our own special touch to each photo strip by putting a picture of Monterey w/ our names and the date. I love FUNTASTIC photo booth. It was a gift from my sisters for my wedding and it really made my wedding sing! I want to have another party! The booth is actually a BOOTH, with easy big push buttons, and a outside screen so people can see the people inside. The staff of Funtastic even took scroll from my wedding invitation and tied it in with the photo strips. I had a very specific dark red - and they matched the border. There were fun props and it even the old foogies (sorry I love you all) got pimped out in sunglasses, hats, and boas - my dad's favorite was the VIKING HAT! ha ha he took three pictures in that thing! All my guests had a great time! No one was bored at my wedding and everyone left with favors they'll actually keep... now I expect to see them on people's refrigerators when I come over... ha ha. AND I got a copy of ALL the pics from the night on disc! =) so hey - you guests that took both your picture strips, or trashed it because you thought you werent too cute... muhahahahah I have digital copies! Funtastic Photobooth really live up to their name. Their service was "Funtastic"!! I recently used them for my husband's 35th surprise birthday party & I was so glad that I did. I was the first to do this in any of our family parties & I was complimented on setting the "new standard" for family parties. The staff did an outstanding job with attention to detail for the logo on the photo strip. My husband's theme party was "Havana Nights" & they were able to create a logo that fit the theme which was unique & different than the other ones. My guests were very impressed with the logo & needless to say, so was I when I saw the test strip that they mailed me. The scrapbook that they did was awesome as well. I loved the detailed decorations & the different color pens that my guests were able to use! Their photo booth is super user friendly & you have the option of color or black & white. It was big enough that 5 adults fit to take pictures & honestly, one more person could have fit so that's 6 people total!! That alone should tell you that its an actual booth. I liked that their was a photo tech should there be any problems but really, there was no problems what so ever. The props were tons of fun & the external monitor was cool & fun since the rest of my guests were able to see how the pics came out. Definitely upgrade to the props, external monitor & their scrapbook... it's worth it :-) Their prices were very reasonable & it was all unlimited photos. Just hire "Funtastic Photo Booth"...you won't be disappointed, they will surpass your expectations. Funtastic was one of the best vendors that I worked with. They responded quickly to every e-mail and took the initiative to contact our reception venue to work out the details of setting up. I had a hard time figuring out what my wedding favors would be for my 6.18.11 wedding, but I am so happy I decided on a Photobooth for my guests! It's the perfect favor and experience! Everyone loves to take pictures at weddings, so why not give them some to take home? Everyone loved being goofy and putting on the props that Funtastic Photobooth provided. We got a copy of each photo strip in a cute book where everyone could write something nice to us. It was the perfect guest book... waaaay better than the traditional guest book that nobody really signs. They also gave us digital copies of all the pictures on a CD so we can have them on our computer. The pricing for everything is the best I've seen. Communication was awesome as well. I recently went to a wedding where Funtastic Photobooth was hired to provide entertainment. They were the hit of the party! As soon as the DJ said the photobooth had started a huge crowd surrounded the booth. Everyone lined up and picked out their favorite crazy sunglasses and hats. Double copies of each photo strip printed out so guests could keep one copy and the the second copy we put in a scrapbook and wrote a message to the newlyweds. Also the top of the photo strip had the names of the bride and groom and the wedding logo. As the night went on and people got creative and the pictures got even sillier! There is an external monitor on the booth so the crowd could watch what was going on inside the booth. There were two technicians from Funtastic Photobooth to keep everything running smoothly with helping people with the props and creating the scrapbook. My Fiance (now wife) and I looked through the internet at the various vendors for photobooths. Most of the booths looked simple and not very classy, solid or professional. Then I came across Funtastic Photobooths here on Yelp. I went to their website and looked at the photobooth they offered. It looked more like a photobooth should be. We hired them based on the look of the photobooth (very classy) and the excellent reviews here on Yelp. What we didn't expect was the excellent service and communication they provided. They contacted me constantly to make sure that our wedding logo (printed on the photo strips) was perfect. On the day of our wedding, they were prompt and very professional. The Funtastic photobooth was definitely the most exciting part of the night. Guests were lined up to take photos all night up until the very last minute. They were amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends who are having a wedding or special event.
