I can't say enough about the customer service and experience with Hello Smiley Photobooth! My fiancée and I decided to add a photobooth to our engagement party festivities. With just about a week before the party, I was so happy to hear that they still had an opening for our event date. We were also able to purchase 3-hrs for roughly $430 with tax. It was a steal! From the initial communication with Vanessa, she was responsive and thorough. I had quite a bit of questions, and she answered all of them in a timely manner. I'm sure Vanessa is quite busy. I had better luck reaching out via email, but I always received a response fairly quickly. Prior to the event, they have you fill out a questionnaire to customize the pictures according to your event. Unfortunately, I failed to do it. Whoops! I received an email with some templates. All of them looked great, but we wanted to go with the Hawaiian theme. I emailed Hello Smiley for Hawaiian samples. I received three amazing ones that fit perfectly with our theme. You can see which one we picked in my pictures. On the day of our party, I emailed Vanessa to see if they wanted to arrive 15-minutes prior to their initial arrival time to minimize foot traffic at the start of the event. Vanessa responded within minutes, and they had everything setup and ready to go in a timely manner. Vanessa and George (I think) were great! Super friendly and patient with all our guests as we're known to get a little rowdy. I also received the link for the soft copies of all the pictures taken within a day or two. They were great hosts, and we would definitely recommend their services!! On a side note: You receive 3 pictures per session. You get 5-seconds in between the pics, so be prepared with all your props. Loads of fun! read more

I had used Hello Smiley for my company's holiday party in 2016, and definitely received the 5-star treatment! Vanessa, the main contact that I would email back-and-forth assisted me all the way to the night of the event with quick, thorough responses, and a warm smile (hence the name of the company!) :) She was such a delight, and the price was definitely right, that we are using Hello Smiley again for our party this year! 2016: We booked the standard enclosed photo booth package for 4 hours for about $500. This package came with unlimited photos, props, as well as a photo tech (Dee) that assisted us during the event. We even received a USB with all our pics that were taken throughout the night! Sweet! The classic enclosed booth was intimate, and could fit probably 3-4 people comfortably. 2018: We booked the "open-air" photo booth this year in the standard package for 4 hours. This cost about the same at the year before and will include the same things as the standard package. Due to Vanessa's quick responses, I was able to book their services within 20 minutes online. Dee, the photo tech we had in 2016, helped us out again the day-of. She was sweet and extremely helpful during our party! The open air booth was much more spacious, and we were able to fit over 6 or 7 people in the booth for silly pictures and fun memories! Definitely recommend it if you got big groups! I really thought I had left a yelp review already for this amazing company, not sure what happened. We had them come to our kids combined 1st & 3rd birthday party last December. Everything was flawless. The attendant was friendly, the props were great and the photos each guest received were perfect. They printed us multiple copies, and even provided us with a thumb drive at the end of the event with ALL the pictures on it. During the event the photos that had been taken were streamed on a screen above the photobooth. This was such an awesome feature. We were able to choose our background for our specific event and they matched the invites we sent out to the photos each guest got. Amazing ! I wanted to write a review for this company. Vanessa and her partner were such a great team. I was in desperate need to book a photobooth for my sons 1st birthday and everywhere I called was either too pricey or booked. I was just about to go with another company through a deal I found on Groupon,but I'm so glad I chose hello smiley booth!! They booked me right away even though they had another event in the evening, they made time for my son's birthday during the day. Initially they were suppose to run the photo booth from 2:30-4:30. They came around 12:30 to set up shop finished by 1:30 and started letting our guest take pictures. I was soooooo Pleased with them. The process was soooooo easy! Gave them my credit card over the phone, they offered different templates for my son's 2X6 photos they even had a special "Kameron turns 1" with his photo on it. And they had the most props I've ever seen in the photobooth!!! I can't tell you how many different props and variety of cool things you could choose from. My guest had unlimited photos. One for keepsake and one to place in our scrapbook! Yes a scrapbook that was also provided in our 2 hour photo booth package! And a usb with all the photos that were taken by our guest for the price of $298. Other companies were charging $280 per hour not including unlimited photos or a scrapbook! We ordered this booth for my son's birthday party. They have sent us in advance al the customized background for the picture and we ended up customizing one on our own. These guys are awesome! We booked them for a corporate Halloween party and they did not disappoint - I'd say they were the highlight of the party! Beforehand they worked with us to get the perfect background for the photo printouts and even were willing to incorporate our company logo, which was AWESOME!! Everyone loved the props, and it was fun to be able to look at the pictures on the monitor outside the booth while you waited for your turn. Vanessa was fantastic about helping us design the photo strip and we could not be happier with the result.
