I had him for my engagement party which he was thorough and drove all the way from Milpitas to San Leandro to make sure our flower backdrop that had real flowers would fit correctly and hold the weight for the engagement party. He is diligent in making sure that everything is taken care of and will go smoothly the day of. He sets up quickly and we didn't have any technical difficulties. He also went above and beyond and help us capture photos during engagement party as well. The line moved quickly for all my guests who enjoyed themselves. He was friendly with all my family and because we loved his services so much we had him for our wedding. I won't lie - getting a photo booth for our wedding was a bit of a last-minute decision, but PixalShot came in clutch. We're so glad with our decision and definitely recommend PixalShot to others! I found PixalShot through the Thumbtack app and Bao was super responsive and came in with a more reasonable quote relative to other comparable competitors. He was very flexible with our needs: we provided our own photo backdrop through a professional decorator and our florist, provided our own props, needed three hours of service and wanted both digital and print copies of the photos available for our guests (260 guests total at our Chinese banquet reception in Newark). I just sent some concept photos of the backdrop and our wedding program, and Bao hit it out of the park with the design for our prints (they were so on theme with everything else in our wedding!). Our guests had a blast with the photo booth (especially the kids).
