Update: had a nail lift a week into my set. Everything was perfect and I don't think it was nail tech herself! Maybe it was just an adhesive although for the price it was just a bit inconvenient, unfortunately! Nonetheless everything else was exceptional!!

Dear Ella, Thank you for taking the time to respond. As I mentioned under the photos (in my previous review), they show the condition of my nails just two days after my appointment. The gel polish chipped significantly, and 2 of my nails broke, which is not the level of quality I would expect from a gel manicure. I was busy watching the soccer game during my appointment and did not engage in or participate in the employees' conversations (although I did talk here and there about the game, just in case you're wondering ). My point was simply that the gossip (in Armenian) between the employees was loud enough for customers to hear, which I found unprofessional. I also don't believe I should be expected to spend more of my time returning to fix something that should never have happened in the first place, especially after only two days. I have no interest in returning. I wasn't looking for a solution. I was simply sharing my honest experience. One final point: your response incorrectly stated that I "engaged" in the employees' conversation. That is simply not true. Unfortunately, because you chose to make an inaccurate assumption instead of addressing the facts, you now have two negative reviews. Next time, make sure your information is correct.
I have been going here for the last couple of months & I absolutely love it . They see me at my appointment time I don't have to wait and Ruzanna does such a good job with my nails. My nails are very very fragile and now they are really strong and hard .
I want to thank Kim for always doing a fantastic job! My nails always look fabulous! I get compliments by other people. My nails are natural with Bio Gel. Kim puts attention to detail, better than any nail tech I've seen. The staff there are nice and always offering water, tea or coffee. I would recommend everyone to come to this nail place and book with Kim.
Came here with a morning appointment to get my nails done for my wedding. My nail tech, Angela, came in late, but was nice throughout the service. I got a hard gel mani and a regular gel pedi, which both turned out really cute and she did a good job on the design I asked for on my mani. She also constantly checked that I was happy with the shape of the nail and the design before curing it. My only gripe with the service is that a few of my cuticles bled because she cut them a little too deep (which showed up in some of my wedding photos). I'm used to having my nails soaked before any cuticle care at most salons, but it doesn't seem like they do that here, so just keep that in mind. I thought it was only a few of my fingers, but I later noticed a few of my toe cuticles had bled a little as well. While she did apologize, she also kept saying I had "sensitive skin", and I've never had this issue elsewhere so I wasn't sure what to make of that. All in all, it was not a bad service and if you don't have "sensitive skin" I'm sure they can do a great job on whatever nails you're looking to get. Personally, I will not be back. P.S. there is plaza parking but it gets pretty packed so be prepared to make a few circles around the lot.

Amazing nail salon. I don't go often to get my nails done but when I do for special occasions I'm very particular about it. They listen to your requests, spend time and do an amazing job. I truly can't remember ever being happy with my nails until this place. I will go out of my way to start going here. Thank you to such an amazing staff and beautiful job!!!
Absolutely amazing!! I had a last minute appointment to fix up my damaged nail extensions. Originally I had wanted them removed, but my nail tech recommended we fix them up instead. I trusted her and I couldn't be happier with the results. Super easy process to book the appointment, clean work areas, and really nice staff. Could not recommend this place enough!
I spent $175 for hard gel Manicure plus classic pedicure. The hard gel didn't last 3 days. And the girl who did my nails told me how other do a bad job and charge cheap price and she knows how to do it properly. Very disappointed. Do not go their. Overpriced and very bad quality.
Super friendly service! Russian manicure/ hard gel so pretty and I love my nails! I came in with a photo inspired look & shortly started getting all the exact colors together!

Good experience, accommodating staff, and cute salon! Overall, I had a good experience at Ultimate Nail Bar! I came in for a Gel-X set and a pedicure, and although I was pretty indecisive about what I wanted, the staff were patient, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I usually stick to my signature Bubble Bath shade and neutral colors, but I wanted to try something a little more fun for fall. Since I haven't worn color on my nails in a long time, I was all over the place trying to figure out what I wanted. We tried on a few shades, and when none of them felt right, they brought out multiple color books and design options for me to look through. I really appreciated that! They didn't make me feel rushed or like I was being difficult, and they offered their personal recommendations to help me decide. I ultimately went with a neutral shade and a little sparkle overlay. Looking back, I probably would have skipped the sparkle, but that's entirely on me because I was indecisive and should have trusted my instincts! The nail tech did a good job, and my nails still look nice. My only personal preference is that I like a slightly wider nail shape, as I felt mine were filed a little narrower than I usually wear. The service moved pretty quickly, so I didn't speak up about it in the moment, but that's something I'll communicate next time. I also appreciated the first-time customer promotion, which took $10 off each service. The pricing was reasonable compared with other salons in the area, although some add-ons can definitely increase the total. For my pedicure, I opted for regular polish instead of gel after discussing the additional cost of repairing a broken toenail. I was initially confused about why the repair would require gel polish, but the staff explained their reasoning, and they were understanding when I decided to keep things simple. I hadn't gotten regular polish on my toes in years, but sometimes you have to make the practical choice! The salon itself is clean, cute, and thoughtfully designed. I love the minimal aesthetic with just enough feminine touches to make it feel inviting. All in all, I think they do good work, the staff are accommodating, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Would I return? Absolutely. I'll just come in with a clearer idea of what I want and communicate my nail shape preferences upfront next time. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for a cute, clean nail salon in the area! read more

Omg my new nail salon! Y'all this place truly blessed me. I had a stressful week and was so worn out and exhausted. I was SPENT. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a spa, but I still wanted to pamper myself. THIS PLACE felt like a spa! Clean, pretty inside, the nail techs are sweet and don't talk your ear off. They offered me coffee or tea. They are all skilled and I felt pampered. I got a Russian manicure and a few services along with my pedicure. I found my new nail salon! I highly recommend coming here. It's nice to get your nails done at a place that doesn't feel and look like a clinic! lol 5stars! read more

I got in last minute on Valentine's Day. I requested French Tip Gel Manicure with a simple rhinestone design on two fingers. I also got a pedicure. They were very welcoming when I walked in and offered coffee, tea or water. KIM was my nail tech. She was nice and she was patient while I looked for inspo pics. She also took her time with the details. I will def go back to her again. First time at this salon and I liked it! read more

I cant even begin to say how much I love this place! I have been to many nail salons all over Beverly Hills and WeHo, but my gel was chipped within maximum 3 days, I randomly stopped at their salon and wow I was shocked to see the gel staying for over 2 weeks. Both Alla and Hermine done my nails on separate occasions and both did a great job. Highly suggest this salon, they are clean, fast and very friendly. read more

Well, I was behind the schedule and I needed to fix my nails ASAP. One thai lady damaged my nails in other place. And it was so thin and soft, so I needed help with it. Randomly I found this place and they hade convenient appointment time in an hour after my request. Nice and clean inside, Extremely cute manager and all the artists ! The girls seem working very well. A lot of attention to the details. I did pedicure (+removal of old gel) and manicure (+hard gel + gel polish) - $150 ($65 and $85). Which is gonna be more expensive than any usual place in the plaza, but the quality definitely much much better. You definitely feel the Eastern Europe touch. Which also made me extremely happy! I prefer to pay a little more and be walk around 4 weeks without any issues or corrections. So that's already up your needs :) read more

I'm coming back to this place. After I finish, I was very pleased with my nails. I can't stop looking at them. I did a regular pedicure and use the machine to remove the calluses, and then I had rubber gel applied to my nails which I love, never had a Russian technique done. I'm going to keep doing this based on the outcome!!! by the way, my Technician is very friendly and did a good job after being in a business for four years. read more

WAY TOO OVERPRICED! First of all it's annoying to find parking in the plaza, $70 for gel x toes is absolutely crazy. She finished my toes very fast let's start there & didn't even clean under the nails!! I was told I got bio gel x on my hands when I didn't, Not sure if it was the owner but prior to me showing her the nails she told me $130 once I was ready to pay my total came out to $230! I told her that the lady said it was $130 she then talks to her for a good min comes back and tells me they will do $130 but they did bio gel x... again which they didn't. I do appreciate a worker there who actually helped me with building my nails but the work was okay. There was a design I wanted and she did it not the best. I booked an appointment with Alina for rubber gel and of course her work comes out great and I love it as to why I booked with her the second time bc I had a great experience. However, my mom called ahead of time to ask if there's availability for 2pm so we can go together and they said yes. Once we get there and seated, Lily that did my mother's nails was rude and made her experience uncomfortable. I understand there's times clients will doze off but it'd be nice to let them know in a nice manner. The nail techs attitude was just bad and condescending, felt like she didn't even want to work on her. There was no effort into the cat eye either. My mom was so uncomfortable she barely wanted to finish the session, which is sad because she was looking forward to it. When you're paying for a service, you deserve to feel welcome, not like you're an inconvenience. A little kindness and professionalism goes a long way. read more
