I have been going to them for almost one year now (and have been doing my eyelashes for over 4 years). I have very sparse Asian eyelashes so I was really surprised to have such thick and voluminous eyelashes at the end of my appointment!! They're really great and I can book my appointment through text which is super helpful when I'm running around all week. I highly recommend them! This is Shaylas work in the photo. I go to her every 2-3 weeks for touch ups and the appointments never go for more than an hour unless I'm getting a completely full set. Love it!

I found this gem right down the street from my house and I am so so so happy I did! I used to just use strip lashes every day and I swear actually having lash extensions has changed my every day routine. I absolutely love the girls here they are so nice, quick and most of all gentle. I was always scared to get my lashes done cause I thought my real lashes would fall out or they would just look extra weird. When I went in for my full set they made sure I was extra comfortable and ready for my two hour session. I was so cozy I knocked out ! Making an appointment is so easy you can just text the girls and they will do their best to accommodate you. I was also nervous about the fall out but after three weeks they still looked amazing! First time here and I don't think I'll go anywhere else anymore! Reasonable price first of all. I asked for wispy hybrids and they turned out exactly how I like them, just like the photos already posted! My lash tech was Sayla. She even asked if I felt comfortable and said if I didn't like the way my lashes turned out she would fix them, but they were already perfect! Amazing service go get your next set here!! read more

The best lashes in the San Fernando Valley! I have been trying to find a good Eyelash Extension salon in The Valley for a while. I'm so glad I found BX lashes on Groupon. The lash technician Shayla, is very friendly and professional. The lashes last about a month on me, even though I wear a lot of eye makeup and use oil based makeup remover. I personally like the natural looking lashes but they have a lot of different options. They are located in a small shopping center and it may look kind of sketchy from the outside, but the inside is nice and clean. It is easy to make appointments and they are always able to schedule me at the last minute. In addition to lash extensions, they offer facials, waxing and Microblading. I highly recommend BX Lashes, I plan on scheduling an appointment for Microblading. read more

I had never gotten eyelash extensions before and wanted to look fresh for my Las Vegas birthday weekend so I decided to get a Groupon. Went to Shayla in Northridge and she was fabulous! I chose to get mink lashes for a more natural look and it felt like I didn't have any at all...it's so lightweight and very natural looking. Not only did I love it but I got many compliments!!! Okay so I randomly looked this lash spot up on yelp, my eyes were bald and I needed a full set ASAP lol I'm crazy about lashes so I actually take my time to read the reviews and look at the pics posted on the company page. It was my first time here at BX and they're pics looked great! I'm very into length and volume so I needed a place that could cater to my needs without messing up my natural lash, the girls were very helpful and I was helped pretty quickly, I called and made an appointment tho! THIS IS SPECIFIC TO THE VAN NUYS LOCATION : I purchased a groupon for BX Lashes and when I called the Van Nuys location to make an appointment, the girl who answered told me she no longer accepts GROUPONS even though my groupon had NOT expired. Then she had the gall to tell me to figure it out myself. No apologies for wasting my time or even a hint of remorse that for whatever reason she chose not to be a part of her companies Groupon deal. They do great lashes. But I'm warning you to NEVER let her do your eyebrows. I had to have them removed, very painful and expensive process. She has no idea what she is doing. I cant even explain what I've gone through. I have eyebrows the size of huge black caterpillars. read more

Let me start off by saying how bombarded I felt days prior and the minutes leading up to the appointment. She called twice, left an email and texted me multiple times to make sure I was coming. ONCE IS ENOUGH. And I confirmed each..... time..... even the ten minutes leading to the appointment, which is unnecessary because I was clearly driving. SECOND, she didn't speak any English so I showed her a picture of what I wanted (natural and short) and she repeated it back to me as of she understood. Well she didn't, she gave me looooong and whispy. Not very full either. I was very disappointed in how long and unnatural they looked AND THIRD.... it's been 3 days and ALLLLLLL of my lashes have fallen out.... didn't get them wet for over 24 hours, they recommend not getting them wet for 12, so I went over and above the recommendation. I washed them properly, no oil make up remover. I used miceller water. Didn't even wear makeup or mascara ONCE. I'm VERY disappointed and pissed off that I spent the extra $20 for mink eye lashes and it's only been 3 f***** days! read more

My favorite lash place in Los Angeles! The girls are super sweet and do an AMAZING job. My lashes always look so beautiful. Plus the price is great! $110 for a full set of mink lashes or $90 for synthetic. My last set stayed on for 6 weeks before I finally came back in to get them redone. Would 100% recommend! read more

If i could give no stars i would. Let me start off by saying i myself am a certified Eyelash tech. The ONLY reason i was forced to try someone for a fill was because my lovely lash gal was out on vacation for a few weeks. I got desperate and tried this place.... not only did the technicial not speak a word of english but she burped twice over me as she was doing my lashes. Just disgusting but thats not the worst part, my lashes were so bad. Im going to post a photo of what they looked like once my lash girl took them off. The lashes HURT ME AND ITCHED alot. What that means is, she applied WAY too much glue and glued some of them on my lash line. Which is so unprofessional and extremely unhealthy for your lashes and eyes. I suffered!!!! We had to do four lash removals in one sitting because there was SO much glue they wouldnt all come off! Thats just sad. Never again and i dont reccomend anyone else going to them. Dont not do it!! read more

I'm very disappointed, first off the lady didn't even speak English. I've had my lashes done at another place and came here because it was closer to my house. My lashes didn't feel right after my appointment and I didn't understand why so I went to another lash place. I was advise to remove my lashes and get them done all over again. The lady used to much glue and clumped the lashes over one another it looked awful. Don't ever come here!!! read more

I've been coming to I-Lash for a while now and this place is amazing! All of the staff (especially Trinh & Shayla) are experienced, professional, sweet and accommodating. I was indecisive during my first appointment but Trinh was very patient and listened to what I wanted and recommended the best fit for me. I've been coming back to Trinh for a few months now and my lashes always end up looking amazing when I leave. She's definitely my go to person for lashes now! I'd highly recommend the mink volume full set - it looks fluffy, feels very lightweight and comfortable. The prices are VERY fair especially for the service and quality of the lashes that you're getting. Trinh always make the process comfortable while being precise and attentive with her work. My lashes last for at least 2-3 weeks before I need a fill. Definitely look up their popular Instagram page to see their awesome work. The staff makes it easy and convenient to schedule appt, so I highly recommend you check out this place, you definitely won't regret it!!! I came here despite the mostly negative reviews and I am happy with my lashes. Shayla was nice and the application process went smoothly and did not seem longer than normal. I got the synthetic lashes in mid length even though they recommended the mink and a shorter length. As you can see in the before photo, I have naturally non-existent lashes, so I really wanted super long lashes. But I was told that my real lashes wouldn't hold the super long length. But I still love them and they are significantly longer than my natural lashes. Next time I will get the mink as they are softer and are supposed to last longer. But I only got these for an event I'm going to and don't need them to last for an extended duration. I do recommend this place and will go back next time. read more

Awful ! The girl that did my lashes speak 0 English and doesn't wear a face mask . She burped while sitting close to my face But the worse part are the lashes . They rush through sessions and lash extensions are supposed to be 1 on 1 yet they glue a lash extensions to a bunch of you own lashes . I noticed my own lashes were getting thinner and thinner as they were being damaged . The lashes looks good for 3-4 days then all fall out . There's not one good thing I can say about this place . A day or 2 later my eyebrows were bright red, swollen and hurt- i sent her pictures- she said oh that's normal. I told her that is not normal- she again reminded me to come in for the touch up- so when the date came i called her and told her I'm not coming in while there still red and swollen and i mean it was like someone drew in red pencil around and in my eyebrow. She said oh it will be Fine in 2 weeks and she gave me a date to return which I did she said its normal and proceeded to go over them i also got microblading and shading. There was no shading this time it hurt even worse I said I Cant do it. She was so rude could've cared less about me all she cared about was that I pay again when i didn't need to. A year later And I'm still suffering i get these boils and Pimples on my eyebrows and are so painful until they pop. My eye brows are still Red oh and btw she changed the shape so she tried to color over the red but that was red as well. Its been a horrifying experience that will take years to get over..

If you want beautiful lashes and great service in a friendly atmosphere and be treated with respect and kindness, then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Shayla is masterful at Lash application! In addition to all that, Shayla respects that I (and each of her clients) am busy and so I appreciate that Shayla schedules and keeps her appointment schedule. If your appointment is at 10:00 am, your appointment begins at 10:00 am! Her work is precise and efficient. I'm in and out in an hour! have had glamorous and recently switched to a more natural-look and am thrilled with both looks as well as the occasional bottom-lash application. Let me add this...I live in StUdio City where there is no shortage of places for lash extensions but I drive here to spend at least an hour every few weeks with Shayla laughing and/or relaxing; while she does her magic; she's that good! I always leave looking and feeling better than when I arrive. What more could I ask for? NOTHING. She's the best! She makes my lashes the "natural" beauties they always wished to be. ;) read more

She was also very generous and took me in early which saved me because I didn't realize I made the appointment right before I had work. I called last minute for an appointment and luckily they had room for me! It was my first time, I got a natural full mink set ($100) and it was done in about an hour. My lashes look amazing and so natural and the woman who did it was so nice and informative. I brought her a couple of photos of how I wanted them to look. I would definitely recommend coming here!
