I told her that is not normal- she again reminded me to come in for the touch up- so when the date came i called her and told her I'm not coming in while there still red and swollen and i mean it was like someone drew in red pencil around and in my eyebrow. She said oh it will be Fine in 2 weeks and she gave me a date to return which I did she said its normal and proceeded to go over them i also got microblading and shading. There was no shading this time it hurt even worse I said I Cant do it. She was so rude could've cared less about me all she cared about was that I pay again when i didn't need to. I've been going to her place for 3 years for hair removal. And it was not effective at all. My hair are light on upper legs. She has never told me that laser did not work on light hair. After 19 sessions of hair removal treatments there is almost no results. She will not tell you that laser does not work on light hair to make you keep coming and paying. She uses gel as well, and it reduces the effect for hair removal. She uses very law power on her older lasers to make it ineffective and to keep you coming back for years. After going to Brenda for 3 years there were still 90% of hair on my body growing! Unbelievable! She would lie to you and she would use low power on her machines on purpuse. I've gone to other laser hair removal place that used GentleMax Pro laser for hair removal. Only after 1 session 80% of hair are gone!!! I see such a tremendous difference after just 1 session! Compared to other salons I've been to the process was so fast. I was there for 3 hours, one salon once had me for almost 9 hours. I really appreciated how fast Alice and her kind employees helped her, 2 people working on my hair simultaneously so that the process was very speedy. My critique, the language barrier. Many times there was confusion and I wanted to ask more questions but I felt hesitant to ask as I could tell they were struggling to translate. Also, the prices are a bit steep. I requested a different therapist, but when the new therapist arrived, her name Sunny and her attitude felt unwelcoming and lacked a sense of service. I decided to continue for only one hour, but overall the service and experience were still very poor. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for me, and I would not recommend this place.
