I got a lash lift and tint recently with Chinh. I was delighted with the result! She gave me back…read morelashes, and I was in love with how the looked. Bonus, she also used brown lash dye which is a game changer. I am fair skinned and my lashes are really fair, most places only have blue/black dye which I don't mind but they don't look natural. Chinh had brown dye and fully supported me requesting she use it. Believe it or not, I have been to places before that would not use brown dye on my lashes. I was super eager to try lash extensions and Chinh was kind enough to do a trial test of a few lashes with me. They looked amazing, but we both agreed that the lash lift would be the better fit for what I needed. However, I want to go back next week to get some lash extensions lol. The whole process too less than an hour and a half. I parked in the TJ Maxx/TJ lot as they have 90 min free parking. My advice is if you call Chinh and don't get an answer, keep calling and following up. She is a busy woman, but will answer eventually.

I've been coming to Pania's Lash Bar for several months now, and I've gone to so many lash places…read morebefore this... but once I found Pania's, I literally stopped looking anywhere else. When I first walked in, I was honestly shocked (in the best way). Most places I've been to are small, single-person studios, but this is a full-on salon and it's so beautiful. There's pink everywhere, Bath & Body Works products throughout (even in the restroom for you to use), a lash washing station, and they'll even offer you a blanket if you're cold. They always have good music playing (not awkwardly quiet, which I love), and the whole place is super clean and smells amazing. Customer service is always excellent. Every lash artist is so sweet, and if you show them an inspo pic, they'll literally recreate it exactly. My lashes always come out beautiful, and I never deal with irritation like I have at other places (no itchy or puffy eyes at all). Booking is also so easy since it's all online--you can book, reschedule, or cancel super quickly, and they have options for 1-3 week fills which I love. Another thing I really appreciate is how fast and on-time they are. I cannot stand laying there for 2+ hours with my eyes closed, and here I'm usually in and out in about an hour to an hour fifteen for a full set (maybe a little longer if I go extra), and fills are usually under an hour. They are so on it--if your appointment is at a certain time, you're getting started at that time and finishing on time too. It makes it so easy to plan my day. I wanted to share this set Anna did because I'm literally obsessed with it. She always listens to exactly what I want and delivers every time (and she smells good too lol). I also want to shout out Claudia because she's amazing as well. Honestly, from what I've seen, everyone there is talented--you really can't go wrong. When I went back to get it fixed, Cindy was extremely unprofessional. She was clearly aggravated that I was there, rushing through the repair with a sloppy, 'get-it-over-with' attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager about the situation, they seemed completely unconcerned. The manager said something in Vietnamese to Cindy, but nothing changed, Cindy continued to be rude and did a poor job on the fix. It is disappointing to pay premium prices and tip, only to be treated like an inconvenience when their own product fails. Between the low-quality polish and the lack of basic customer service from both the tech and management, I will not be back.
