I've been going to Karla for over three years, and I've never missed an appointment. She does my lashes so perfectly that I constantly get compliments on them. I cannot recommend Virtue Lash enough. The studio is spotless and welcoming, and communication is always so responsive. I first came here in a bit of a desperate moment after my lashes were completely botched somewhere else and genuinely ruining my life. She took me in right away, fixed the mess, and I walked out feeling like myself again. Her work is exceptional -- every set I've gotten has been flawless, natural, and lasted beautifully. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and care you receive, which makes coming back an easy choice. For as long as she's here, I'll be going to her for my lashes. Truly a lifesaver and an absolute gem in the lash world. read more

I've been getting my lashes done with Karla for over six months now, and I couldn't be happier with her work. The retention is great, I never have clumping, and my natural lashes have stayed healthy. Her studio is always clean, relaxing, and comfortable, which makes every appointment such a pleasant experience. If you're looking for beautiful, quality lash extensions and someone who truly knows what they're doing, I highly recommend Karla. She's the best! read more

I've used her for a few years (every 2 weeks) and used to love her but her attitude is so poor and I can't stand her lack of customer service skills. She was good at doing the lashes then I had some issues with the lashes like 3 times in a row they looked bad and once were falling out before a week which wasn't normal. I went in to get them fixed and she fixed them to something I didn't even want, she made them look all thick and told me if I wanted that it would be extra. I never wanted that. Lol I always have a picture that I show her on how I want it, it's always been the same but this time she fixed it to something else. Why? I have no idea. She put long fans all over my eyes. My lashes looked horrible for the holidays. They were all messed up and today I missed my appt I totally forgot about it which is MY fault but she didn't even text me. I would have went I live 8 mins away I would have cut my appt short and by 10/20 mins no problem. SHE KNOWS I live close. Again, have been going to her for years never miss my appts. She sat there for an hour and just let me miss it. I asked her why she didn't text me and she said "because you get a text the day before" That's her attitude. She sat there for an hour. I would have given her an extra tip for sure and already planned on giving a Christmas bonus but now she can't do my lashes for the holidays because she's going on vacation. That's how she is. She doesn't really make you feel like she even cares or wants you as a client so I'll go elsewhere. I rather not even get lashes than deal with her attitude. It takes me a lot to write a bad review but this is the second time I wanted to go somewhere else because of her attitude this time I'll make sure to stay away. read more

After getting an eye allergy from another lash technician at another location, I called Karla to see if she could remove my lash extensions. Karla was able able to squeeze me in at the last minute and also educated me about my lashes. She recommended that I don't use eyelash remover on my lashes since it has chemicals in it and I was already having an allergic reaction, so she manually removed my lash extensions while saving my natural lashes as well. Karla is so kind and informative. She really took her time with me and was sensitive towards my situation. I thought I was going to have swollen and red eyes on my vacation but thanks to Karla I get to enjoy my vacation and not have to worry. read more

I went to Karla about a week ago for a full set and I'm so pleased with the results. My lashes look amazing and any lashes I have lost are just from normal shedding, not one extension has fallen out on its own. Karla is also so nice and the space is very comfortable. I'm a regular now! read more

Easy to book, not crazy over priced, and lashes look amazing three weeks later! (Lift and tint). Highly recommend.

After my lash artist of 10 years moved away, I was nervous about finding someone new--I'm extremely picky and value both professionalism and honesty. Karla exceeded my expectations on every level. From the moment I walked into her cozy, welcoming space, I felt cared for. She not only listened carefully to what I wanted but also offered expert advice, which I truly appreciated. Her touch is incredibly light and precise, making the entire experience so relaxing. She even goes the extra mile by using soothing eye drops at the end and sending me off with a lash brush. It's rare to find someone who combines skill, care, and genuine professionalism like Karla. I'm so grateful I found her! read more

I've been going to Karla for awhile. She's amazing, detailed, and kind! I always love my lashes. Her studio is really comfortable!

Karla is absolutely the very best! I've been to other Lash specialists and she surpasses everyone, she is a perfectionist all the way and my lashes have never looked better or lasted longer. She also taught me how to take care of them and keep them healthy which is more important than I ever knew, thank you Karla! read more

Karla is great. She took her time applying the lashes, provided a cute aftercare kit and instructions. Karla also followed up with me after to see how the lashes were doing. I also later tried the lash lift and I loved it, very good lift that lasted. Highly recommend. read more

Happy as ever! Karla is very quick especially given that I see her every couple of months. Yup, that's how long my lashes last with her, although ever 4 weeks is best. She is very detailed & thorough. Just be sure to take your make up off before you see her or any glue residue you may have left over if you do your own lashes. Of course that will take her longer to do, that's just a given. read more

I highly recommend her services! She is a sweetheart, takes her time and is well informed. I was comfortable the entire time and she is gentle during the process. I love my lash, Eyebrow lamination and styling! read more

I was in search of getting my lashes done before my trip and ran into this business, which is far away but accepted me at the last minute. While getting my lashes removed, she kept huffing and puffing, which made me feel uncomfortable. Karla poked my eye about five times and complained about the glue another esthetician used. I got my lashes done, which almost took 3 hours. Then, I was told to find someone closer to my location. I won't be returning. read more

So I like my lashes really natural and not all my lashes are done. From all the lash technicians, no one was able to do it but Kara is a lash artist! She was the only person that really listened and did them exactly how I wanted them. My kids even noticed and loved them. I personally prefer natural lashes and she was able to achieve that with my sparse lashes and she is really sweet too. Thank you Karla! read more

I love getting my lashes done, but have been left with multiple bad experiences (poor isolation, bald spots) . Each of these experiences had me pulling all my lashes out at one point. I gave Karla a try and she isolates well and doesn't leave me with the urge to pull lash stickies. I had my lashes for about two weeks now and haven't experienced much fallout. She is great and I love her technique. Wish I knew of her long ago! read more

I am beyond thankful that I found Karla! To start off, I am new to the lash game. I have always hesitated to get them out of fear of damaging my own lashes. Needless to say I spent a long time doing my research to find a skilled lash tech. I stumbled upon Virtue Lash here on Yelp and wow I got lucky. Karla is extremely talented at what she does and her pictures and reviews speak for themselves. She really takes the time to make sure she isolates every single lash. I got my first ever full set with her about 2 weeks ago right before my vacation to San Diego. I amazed how well they held up through swimming in the pool, the ocean, makeup for professional photos, and two aggressive speed boat rides through the bay! Props to her for being so patient and taking extra time on that set because I couldn't keep my eyes fully closed. I just got back from a fill and I am sold on her work, kindness and level of professionalism. I also have now realized I am secretly claustrophobic when getting my lashes done, but she has still made me feel very at ease. If you're in need of a lash tech in the valley, look no further.
