Let me start by saying that if I could give this person 0 stars I would . I scheduled an appointment for today 5/22/2017 she took the 30 Dollars that she asks for new Clients as deposit. First she scheduled me for 2 pm then texted me the appointment was going to be at 4 pm Which I was okay with that , I asked her if the money was going to be put in as money to my final payment she said yes she send me pictures of the menu that I had already looked into since that's is how I got her number then I said I wanted full volume eyelashes at this point I was already on my way then she tell's me she does not have time to do a full volume being that she had other clients . She never asked me what set of eyelashes I was going to want before scheduling me and taking my money then she tells me really rudely that she doesn't have time for that and I asked her if she wanted to reschedule me since she didn't inform me of that before making me the appointment she said that the money was going to be lost anyhow , and never asked if I wanted to reschedule ! She made me waste work time , gas money , and the deposit money ! I know what is like to work with clients having good costumer service ! This person does not have any of this . She was not nice about it and more likely she was rude when texting me back mocking my questions. You don't have to deal with this type of people and bad costumer service !!!! I suggest you look somewhere else !! My first time reviewing !!!!!!! Sarah does an amazing job. I drive out here from Torrance. She is definitely worth the drive, I can't find anyone else in Los Angeles that does the same style as hers. It's so natural looking & wispie. The look you get is based on the individuals lashes. No one comes out the same. She's looking after the health of your lashes. She examines your lashes to see how much weight your lashes can carry & this technique is healthier for your lashes because she's only putting the amount of weight that is appropriate for your lashes. Also the material she uses, like her glue doesn't irritate my eyes or stings, and I'm very sensitive to those kinds of things. The lashes she uses aren't shiny, which is something that bothers me about other places. Shiny lashes show up in flash photography, & the ones Sarah uses look like real lash hair, just a bit thicker. Which is great to have volume and make the lashes more noticeable. I notice that when I get my lashes done by other people before, it felt really heavy on my eyes, Sarah uses lashes that are extremely light weight, I forget that they're even on my eyes. When I blink I don't feel it at all, even when I blink really tightly. She is so sweet & kind. I really feel like she's my friend. I totally recommend her. I've been holding off on this review to really give my honest opinion about her business. I've been going to her for a few months now & my experience has been great. People ask me if my lashes are my real lashes, that's how realistic she makes them look! I also noticed ever since I've been going to her my lashes have grown tremendously, she's really taken real great care of my lashes. She is so professional and informative during the whole process of whatever service of hers you try & always extremely honest when answering all of your questions you may have and gives amazing advice about her services she offers!! The reason I AWAYS come back: she cares about the heath of you lashes AFTER while at the same time being extremely picky about how her work looks and will never let you leave unhappy!! First thing I'm gonna start by saying is that I'm not new to getting eyelash extensions I've been getting Eyelash extensions for 2 years, The place that I had been going to for two years was great never had an issue whatsoever, I started going to lashed beauty because my daughter was going to here and she wanted me to try her out because her prices were a slight bit cheaper. Thousand Oaks is a nice location and her suite was tidy so won't complain in that department with that being said, I was booked for 130 but usually tent to arrive 5 minutes prior whether it be my nails, doctors, dentist aappointments etc. Upon arrival first thing I encountered was a sign: "please wait in lobby in session" I had a seat at the lobby And patiently waited , after 25 minutes texted my daughter asking for normal for her number. I then texted her to let her know I was at the lobby after 30 minutes of no reply I finally had enough and before leaving I sent her this text message: ME-"I'm sorry but I waited 30 minutes and you never came out to the lobby I don't have time to wait like that I don't just live down the street I came all the way from LA" And this was her response to me HER-"Sorry I'm finishing up rn I'll explain in a second" ME-"i'm already on the freeway" HER-"Oh okay. I was doing someone where she was going to promote me on a larger scale including videos so her lashes had to be perfect. I'm sorry for the long wait. Your lashes were going to take longer since it was considered a full set and I blocked off more time for you beforehand. I couldn't go out there because I was still working.. I just moved into a new suite and I couldn't contact you cuz I never had your number just your daughters. But have a good day and sorry for having you wait." Regardless on how long my lashes were going to take the fact of the matter is I had an appointment at 1:30 because I wanted to be seen at that time. Her time is not more valuable than mine. If you cannot follow through with your client appointments then a completely defeats the purpose of even making them. if you do not benefit her and her social media she will not prioritize your but rather treat you as some random peasant. Etc. making someone wait for over 30 minutes is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. And as for the statement that she didn't have my number that's BS because she has my daughters number and confirms my appointments through my daughter. what stop her from contacting my daughter to tell her she was running behind stop making excuses, considering that you just started a business and you only have four good reviews and now I'm bad one that's not very good so I hope the girl that was promoting you did you get business from because obviously my money wasn't good for you and considering that I drive all the way from LA to thousand oaks to get service done from you should a lot, but that's OK because I know my money will be good somewhere else "have a good day and hopefully I successful business" read more

I messaged Sarah as a referral from one of her current clients and wanted to get my lashes filled. I had gotten a brand new set put on about 3 weeks prior but I had lost a lot of those lashes and had huge gaps especially on my right side (side I sleep on). Sarah had the time so removed them and did a gorgeous set of volume lashes which I am so in love with!! I've only had these on for 5 days and hardly see any lash shedding at all! Everyone comments on how beautiful they are and I can't stop looking at them. I've already booked my next appointment for a fill! I also received a after care kit to take care of my lashes at home. Very overpriced for the quality of work. It looks nice at first but doesn't last. I paid over 200$ for the blend set and my lashes did not even last a week. Honestly, Sarah is a perfectionist! I've had my lashes done at other places and they don't quite last or they irritate my eyes. Sarah is very gentle I ALWAYS fall asleep and wake up because I start snoring lmao. When you're a new client she will explain everything before beginning, she'll recommend what's best for YOU! Her playlist is amazing btw! The waiting area is super cute ! If you are looking for a place that does amazing lashes look no further ! I tried the lash lift for the first time. It turned out great! I didn't know my natural lashes could be soooooo long - looks awesome even without makeup! It has been 4 weeks, overall my lashes still look AWESOME! Keep in mind it really depends on how you treat your lashes on the daily basis. I rub my right eye quite often, and I notice lashes on the right became not as 'lifted.' This is supposed to last about 8-12 weeks; I will go back afterwards! I am still hesitant to try lash extension because I am lazy and don't want to come back to refill. read more

I am lucky I found this place and have been a client for almost three years. For one, Sarah has had years of experience to the point where she can figure out which look is best for me when I'm not sure. I have thin and short eyelashes and she never ceases to amaze me with her work on both dramatic and natural styles on my eyelashes. The second point is that Sarah is very diligent. She will spend 2 hours on your lashes if that's what it takes to do a good quality job. This is far different from Salons in LA with more yelp reviews, but less quality and concern. Point three is that she uses unique glue which you can inquire about more from the salon. I trust Sarah. Sarah is a LASH GOD. She is so sweet, meticulous, & just everything you can ask for when it comes to an eyelash extension technician. I live in Hollywood and the drive to Thousand Oaks is totally worth it. Not only is her room super cute, and filled with yummy treats, but I feel like her business is very customer-oriented. Sarah has a variety of lash styles, curls, and length and even gives you a consultation on the length/curl/direction of your lashes. It took about 3 hours for my first full set because I have so many eyelashes, and what I love most is that she takes her time to make sure she gets every lash possible. I felt like my service was an hour just because she's so fun to talk to! Oh, and let's not forget her amazing after-care package that she gives you, life saving!
